"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages ​​in addition to Czech and English. In this complex you can find, all indoors, a water park, children's amusement park, spa and wellness area, as well as restaurants, cafes and some more shops. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

"Terrible hotel, especially one rude man at reception who was lauhging to our face saying they do not have parking space for us and we should park 15minutes away from hotel. When i asked for his name he refused to call manager and told us to go away.Also they lie about wellnes included in hotel room, you have to pay for it. Dirty old room half of things broken and not working. Stay away from this place what a shame more like 1star not 4star. I doubt hotel owner care about reviews but if yes please change your receptionist"

"Check-in is self-service, and can be done online, but Trip.com doesn't provide guest information, so we had to rely on a random hotel employee for assistance. The room is small, with a kettle, refrigerator, and tea and coffee. The linens are clean, but the bathroom is small. The hotel has ample free parking and is a 10-minute drive from the center of Liberec. The breakfast is very good, and a free coffee machine with sandwiches and cookies is available throughout the day. Overall, if you have a car, this is a very decent option for an overnight stay of one or two."

"Sauber and amiable, we were late to check in due to traffic and travel plan change, but when we connected with the concierge it's such a pleasure to check in with lovely fresh bier. The room is well-equipped and considerate, leidlich we don't have much time to explore but the slide by the backyard is sweet. The breakfast is delicious and by check-out we are treated with home-made Brownies, beautiful."

"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with two 12-year-old girls and used all the services except the zoo. We were extremely satisfied – both rooms were clean, like new, with no visible signs of wear and tear (even in the bathroom), daily cleaning, reasonable temperature, comfortable mattresses. Food: breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection, with up to 7 different dishes for dinner. Only the attractions in FanPark and especially LunaPark could use some renovation – they are showing their age. AquaPark is still the same – you can see that it is being repaired and probably also modified – standard. Only occasionally was the staff not up to standard (with the exception of the reception staff, the Atrium restaurant, and the maids), but you probably won't find anyone better for that wage. Overall impression - a pleasant stay that we enjoyed."

"We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel, even though it was just for one night. Both check-in and check-out were self-service, and everything was clear, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. We didn't encounter any staff until breakfast, which was extensive. Despite it being early morning, they were all very pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was a genuinely lovely atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and everything was in perfect order. The hotel's excellent location is also a big plus. Even with our short stay, we left with a very good impression and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel unfairly advertises wellness services. It also doesn't live up to the Pytlon name. Apparently, it was no longer possible to book a wellness service, even three days in advance. Overall, you felt like you were being a nuisance if you asked anything. The room was very bad! Dirty, dark floors, partially broken heating (in winter), and indefinably moldy walls. The room smelled very strongly of chimneys. The smoking area was right in front of the room window, so you could rarely air the room. You could hear all the conversations in the neighboring rooms. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast, if you got a seat. Parking is very limited, so in some places you were turned away by the hotel staff. This was not at all what I had imagined a Pytlon Wellness Hotel in Liberec would be like, and I definitely won't recommend it!"
