"酒店地理位置優越，交通便捷，周圍環境優美。房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，睡眠質量好。整體而言，是一家性價比很高的酒店，強烈推薦給需要出差或旅遊的朋友們表揚一下小周。小劉/小向 免費升級還送小禮品 以上是優點。 以下是可以改進的地方：1 入住當天在酒店門口停車卸行李，門口工作人員非但不幫忙拿行李車，反而催促我們趕快把車開走。2 入住時詢問前台可否升級房間，拒絕得很生硬。 3 房間淋浴間內沒有可以放置東西的枱麪，其實多少都會有點自己的洗浴用品，但是在淋浴間內卻無處安放。 4 酒店明明有AB牙刷可供區分，我的房間內給的都是同一個顏色。 作為利川最好的酒店，感覺管理上還需要更進一步，比如向華住會的酒店學習一下管理經驗，給客人提供更好的入住體驗。"

"這家酒店很不錯，前台小黃小譚服務態度非常得好，酒店就在利川的市中心地理位置非常的方便，酒店的對面就是一個超市買東西，然後吃飯呀什麼的都有，後面有一個燒烤攤非常的好吃，也是前台小姐姐推薦的房間裏面乾淨衞生床很舒服，床上用品也很柔軟，睡得非常的好，房間裏面空調很暖和設施設備很完善，衞生間都是乾濕分離的，還有一次性的馬桶墊，這一點真的太棒了"

"Location is fantastic, only 1.6km from the Tenglong cave. You can walk there if you wanted. Plenty of food options nearby. Very kind and friendly staff. Room has all the essentials, plus they have a laundry room in the 2nd floor that requires a keycard to enter. We felt very comfortable washing our clothes unattended while we went out for dinner. Only complaint is that there is construction outside which was dusty and some floor tiles outside the hotel were missing. 9/10 Hotel for sure"

"The room was big and spacious. Counter service was excellent esp a late night hot porridge was served even though we checked in late. The porridge tasted yummy, healthy and delicious with 枸杞和红枣。 Well recommended!"

"這是第一次想給一個酒店打差評！ 房間設施還可以，打掃房間的阿姨服務態度還好 但是住店期間遇到一次電梯故障，被困在電梯裏。電梯裏三個電話，衹有一個能打通，對方還不知道是哪裡的電梯。電梯呼叫鈴聽不見外面的聲音。出來後沒有任何解釋道歉，更別提任何賠償。 我們好心提醒酒店務必注意電梯安全，及時更新電梯求救電話，前台還不是很在意的説“行了行了，我們會處理的”衹想趕緊糊弄過去！ 最後一天退房，兑換延遲至14:00退房，結果13:00被鎖在外面，去前台問也是一句“那我們都是12:00自動鎖的” 也沒有任何解釋道歉 以這個位置和價格來説，體驗感很不好！"
