"This hotel has very obvious pros and cons, and my overall experience was just okay. The pros are: the rooms are very spacious with private pools, the resort grounds are well-maintained with lots of greenery, it's very quiet, and not crowded at all. It's perfect for a solo getaway. Now for the many cons: First, the cleanliness is subpar. There are an incredible number of bugs. One morning, as soon as I stepped out, I squashed a huge bug that just burst, and I stood there stunned for a long time. The hotel facilities are very old. I even found broken glass shards from beer bottles on the beach, which is unbelievable. Flies were buzzing around the bread at breakfast, and no one came to deal with them. Secondly, the service was inexplicable. When I arrived and parked my car, I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. The butler assigned to me basically ignored my messages. Only when I checked out did he tell me he was on night duty for the past few days – so frustrating. During room cleaning one morning, they folded two of my three shirts. What does that even mean? None of the hotel staff showed any proactive service, and they were all grinning, which made me doubt if they've had proper training. Finally, the hotel's location is very remote. There are no streetlights outside the resort, so you definitely need to drive yourself to get there. I definitely won't be coming back."

"Stayed at Raffles Hainan Clearwater Bay with my family, and our butler, Wendy, handled everything from start to finish. Communication was easy and smooth, and all arrangements were made perfectly with meticulous and thoughtful service. The hotel grounds are spacious with plenty of activities for kids, so my little ones had a great time every day and were in high spirits. The living environment was quiet and comfortable. Although there was a minor hiccup and breakfast could be improved, we're still looking forward to future visits. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant trip, and the experience is definitely recommendable."

The location is superb, just a minute's walk to the beach, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the environment. The service is also good. Although breakfast is simple, it's still decent. Afternoon tea can be delivered to the beach, which is a great touch! 👍 There are a few minor downsides. Parking spaces are a bit limited, and while the pool water is clean, the chlorine smell is a bit strong, which slightly impacted the experience. This area could use some improvement in management."

Definitely a five-star review. It's a new hotel with a great atmosphere and a grand feel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lingshui. Highly recommend!"

There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, offering everything from snacks to full-service meals, making dining incredibly convenient. It's great value for money and definitely worth staying here again!"

"At this price, what more could you ask for? Cleanliness is so-so; if you're particularly picky, I wouldn't recommend it. Hmm, they upgraded my room. The room was large with a big window, and the bed was very soft—in my opinion, it was already very good. There was a TV, but it didn't work, **. However, since I brought my own laptop, it didn't matter. The hotel's name is nice; the rooftop is a great place to dry clothes."

"This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!"

"Excellent. They upgraded me to a 2-meter bed for free. The room and hotel environment and decoration were good. The whole room was smart, even the toilet was sensor-operated. There was also a charging station for the motorcycle at the door. The only drawback was that there were mosquitoes in the room. They were flying around before I went to sleep, and I couldn't swat them. Fortunately, I didn't hear them when I went to sleep at night."
