"This hotel has very obvious pros and cons, and my overall experience was just okay. The pros are: the rooms are very spacious with private pools, the resort grounds are well-maintained with lots of greenery, it's very quiet, and not crowded at all. It's perfect for a solo getaway. Now for the many cons: First, the cleanliness is subpar. There are an incredible number of bugs. One morning, as soon as I stepped out, I squashed a huge bug that just burst, and I stood there stunned for a long time. The hotel facilities are very old. I even found broken glass shards from beer bottles on the beach, which is unbelievable. Flies were buzzing around the bread at breakfast, and no one came to deal with them. Secondly, the service was inexplicable. When I arrived and parked my car, I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. The butler assigned to me basically ignored my messages. Only when I checked out did he tell me he was on night duty for the past few days – so frustrating. During room cleaning one morning, they folded two of my three shirts. What does that even mean? None of the hotel staff showed any proactive service, and they were all grinning, which made me doubt if they've had proper training. Finally, the hotel's location is very remote. There are no streetlights outside the resort, so you definitely need to drive yourself to get there. I definitely won't be coming back."

"My overall experience was mediocre, with a polarizing mix of pros and cons. My stay at this hotel was, to put it mildly, quite average. There were numerous issues throughout, with only a few minor details managing to salvage some goodwill. I'm sharing this honest review for anyone considering staying here. First, let's talk about the check-in process, which significantly impacted my experience. It was incredibly convoluted and inconvenient. As a guest who booked through Trip.com, I couldn't check in at a convenient spot. Instead, I had to lug heavy luggage nearly 200 meters, navigating twists and turns just to find the registration desk. The whole process was exhausting and frustrating. Even though I checked in during the off-season, which should have made things smoother, the queue was filled with complaints. Guests were generally unhappy with the hotel's arrangements. Even with the front desk staff's polite and patient demeanor, it did little to alleviate everyone's poor mood. Next, the hotel's facilities and room experience fell far short of expectations. I specifically booked a room with a pool, but the pool's cleanliness was shockingly bad. There were bugs, ants, and debris on the water surface and around it – I wouldn't dare swim in it. The supposed recreational amenity was useless. The room itself felt very damp, making it uncomfortable to stay in for long. The overall decor was old-fashioned and tacky. Furthermore, the hotel's signage was extremely unclear. Check-in was on the third floor, but to find my room, I had to go to the first floor and then navigate a confusing maze. There was no logical flow, and I spent a lot of energy just trying to find my way around during my stay. Dining was even more disappointing. The breakfast buffet was set up in a conference room, leading to a crowded and chaotic dining experience. It was completely uncomfortable and lacked the quality and atmosphere one would expect from a hotel breakfast. However, the hotel staff's overall service attitude was excellent. They were responsive to issues and even provided a barrier for me, which was one of the few redeeming qualities. For parents traveling with children, I strongly advise against ordering food from delivery platforms. The hotel's in-room dining menu far exceeded expectations. The Hainanese chicken rice, in particular, was outstanding – clean ingredients, excellent taste, and far superior to food from delivery apps like **. This was truly the only pleasant surprise of my stay."

"It's a quick-stay guesthouse, so don't set your expectations too high. Maybe it was because a typhoon had just passed when I arrived, but the beach was incredibly dirty, and honestly, the sea was very unclean. When I checked in, the front desk kindly upgraded my room for free. Once inside, it was just okay; there's a food stall downstairs. It's definitely close to the sea, just downstairs. When you sleep at night, be aware. You'll see geckos on the ceiling above you. There were also some on the balcony chairs. I couldn't figure out how they got in since I pretty much kept the balcony door closed during the day. The service was good, and the shuttle bus was available for transfers anytime. Someone helped me with my luggage upon arrival. Can't complain about the service."

"Service: The service was excellent, all the staff were smiling and incredibly friendly, from the bellhops who helped us out of the car, to the front desk for check-in, the restaurant staff, and even the housekeeping aunties – everyone was wonderful. Environment: The hotel is brand new, nestled by the mountains and the sea, which is absolutely beautiful. You can take your kids to dig in the sand by the beach, and the experience was truly great. Hygiene: The hotel lobby smelled lovely as soon as we walked in, and the room hygiene was spotless too! Facilities: The hotel has a lot of things for kids to play with, including a kids' water park and an indoor kids' play area. My children had so much fun; it's definitely a top choice for families with kids! Plus, the room even has a smart voice assistant, Xiaodu, which is really cool. It's truly fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance!"

"Really nice hotel. Great rooftop area which was home to a glass bottom pool. The hotel is very close to an airforce base and the kids loved to watch the fighter jets flying over. Food was good too. "Aside from the price being a bit high (which is understandable for this season), everything else was very satisfying. I checked in quite late and contacted the housekeeper to request a floor-standing drying rack. The housekeeper brought it over very quickly, which I appreciate. Even though I said not to clean the room, the staff thoughtfully replaced the towels for me. The room had both plastic slippers and terry cloth slippers, and all the towels were new. The bed and pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which might be due to us being on a high floor. The three-door refrigerator was sufficient, but I'd suggest adding a few dinner plates."
