"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location and helpful staff The hotel is really well located for the town and local attractions, including the many beautiful waterfalls in the area. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor — it was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and convenient onsite parking. The only downside was that it felt a bit like a goldfish bowl, as there were no sheer curtains on the windows and people walking by could easily see in. The bathroom was fine, though the bath was a little tired. The lounge was lovely, especially during happy hour, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Lorne."

"Stayed for a night, they turned off the jacuzzi only because it was a standard queen room. Very old styled furniture and decor."

"We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm."

"What a great place. The view was excellent and we had numerous visitors. Sulphur Crested Cockatoos and some King Parrots. The amenities we really good and the bed was comfortable. We’d highly recommend a stay here for those who a little more adventurous"
