"We had a perfect experience from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and at a perfect temperature. We had everything we needed. In the morning we ate breakfast and there was something for everyone in our group. The highlight was the woman who cleaned off our plates, kept the breakfast bar clean and was so happy to take our picture. I felt appreciated as a customer and the environment was kind and theoghtful. Really loved our time!!"

"I don't know where all the good reviews come from. This is a very poor B&B that doesn't include breakfast. First of all, there is no service after 7pm, and it's all self-service. The hygiene is the worst. The carpet, sofa, and pillows on the bed are all stained. You may not be able to see it in the photos, but you can make out the dark stains with the naked eye. As soon as you open the door, you can smell the dust and dampness. The towels are also very stinging, and it feels like they haven't been changed in a long time. I'm surprised that there can be hotels with such poor hygiene standards in the United States. I really don't know how these good reviews come up. The location is also bad. There is basically no scenery or entertainment around. After 8pm, there is no sound in the town. Chinese people should not be fooled again."

"The accommodation provided a convenient location near various dining options. The front desk staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness and showed flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of business travelers requiring special arrangements. The continental breakfast was reliably prepared and well-maintained. While the rooms may not feature the latest updates found in newer establishments, they were consistently clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. I intend to continue recommending this hotel to both family and business travelers due to its reliable service and convenient location."

"The room needs to be painted. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Bathroom had a hole in the wall and stuffed with toilet paper. Draw on desk would not stay closed. Not enough wall outlets the ones they did have would not holda phone charger or anything else the plug would fall out need new outlets. From door wouldn't lock properly. On one pillow there was dry blood stains that didn't come out. It was washed but you could see the stains."
