"The hotel location is perfect as it is just next to sea world and you can have unlimited access during the stay. However, I don’t like the bathroom as it is a bit old style and the shower is not a shower head with hose, it is a challenge to bath the kid. If the bathroom could be upgraded, it will be perfect."

"Our room was quite dated, some cupboards were broken, the toilet seat was broken when we arrived (however it was fixed the following day) the room was quite dusty to the point where my daughter required her ventolin puffer about 4 times during the night. The bed was quite uncomfortable for me and the pillows were flat but I guess some people like them that way. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food variety. Fruit was beautiful and fresh. The pool amenities were good. Very nice for couples , for us as a family, we didn’t find it very child friendly. We didn’t really interact with any staff, apart from Danny from room service on 2.2.24, he was very friendly and nice. Also the lady at check out on 3.2.24 was great, didn’t catch her name though. The surrounding gardens and outdoor spaces were beautiful and well kept. Overall, we probably wouldn’t chose to stay here again only due to the dusty rooms and my child’s asthma condition."

"Отель расположен удобно, в тихой зоне. Рядом остановка автобуса, пляж через дорогу. До большого магазина 25 минут пешком, до остановки трамвая 10 минут. До центра с кафе 5 минут,внизу так же есть кафе для завтрака. Возле отеля стройка,но она никак не мешала. Номер просторный, не повезло с видом,его практически не было. С балкона его закрывало здание,из спальни - сосна,так что видно только совсем небольшие кусочки моря. Но в остальном все хорошо. Есть стиральная,посудомоечная машины. Уборка один раз в неделю. Когда зашли в номер был очень странный и неприятный запах, выветривался неделю. Но в целом нам все понравилось,спасибо"

"I chose to stay at the imperial for my 60th with my cousin for 4 nights. We absolutely loved it!! It was such a well set up resort and luxurious! Wonderful and friendly staff, always willing to assist you. Food just amazing and loved my high tea and the tour in the Rolls Royce!! Would definitely come back again and will certainly recommend it! Thank you to all at the Imperial Hotel for making my 60th the best! Angelina Huddle"

"Beautiful location! Stunning ocean views. Easy access to the beach and local shops and restaurants are within a short walk. The apartment was spacious and had all we needed. However the TV volume didn’t work and we couldn’t hear the sound well. Our daughter also had a severe allergic reaction to the sheets, which we ended up washing using our own washing detergent that we bring from home. The most disappointing thing though was the staff, who were not personable or accommodating. We had different staff for check in and check out and on both occasions they were abrupt and it felt as though they just wanted to hurry us through. It doesn’t take much to smile and be welcoming or go the extra mile where you can to take a stay from good to great."
