"Fantastic cottage, Tallowood! All we needed for a relaxing 3 day break away for Christmas. Angela and Glenn were great at communicating with us about check in and check out. It was great to sit on the deck and be serenaded by the cicadas and frogs but not hear a single car, in fact the cottage was so private you really didn't know there were other people around, well apart from the distant Hee-Haw of some hungry donkeys, but a few carrots soon settled them !! The kitchen and BBQ can cater for most family cooks,cordon bleu dining is mostly out of the question, but stock up at the Maleny Butcher, and your sorted."

"We are frequent flyers to the Blue Summit Cottages, they have become our favourite way to unwind and decompress from our busy lives. We stock up on yummy food, a bottle or two of nice wine and plenty of bath salts for the spa and then let the rest of the world disappear for the weekend. Situated only ten minutes down the road from Melaney, a gorgeous little village which despite its size has a huge selection of restaurants, cafes and shopping. But if you don’t want to go out, the cottages have everything you need to stay in. We have always stayed in Black Cockatoo which has super comfortable king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen with the little things you need (cooking oil, kitchen towel etc) and a comfy lounge to watch Netflix on the telly while sitting beside the gas fire. Or our personal favourite: relax in the spa. The deck is a standout feature, private with incredible views and a little Weber BabyQ perfect for two people. We’ve been to Blue Summit Cottages in different seasons with very different weather and we’ve loved every visit. The cottages have been cleverly built so that all four have easy access via a path from the covered parking area but once you’ve inside, even from the deck, you have perfect privacy."

"Mycket trevlig plats i hjärtat av Sunshine Coast berg mycket rätt plats i skogen, nära Gardner faller. Rummet är väl utrustat med utomhus varmt spa, fyrrum, separat lounge, litet kök med Nepresso kaffemaskinen, bra utbud av förlorad bladte, full minibar, stor dusch.Ställ plats för resurser. Trevlig promenad i parken och till närliggande Gardeners Falls (prisat av lokalt för simning).Var medveten om restaurangen stängd på måndag och tisdag och så ingen rumsservice med 6:00 på måndag och tisdag. Mycket trevlig restaurang med thailändsk/asiatisk fusion kokstil, full av smaker och intressant kryddblandning.Personalen är mycket hjälpsam och omsorgsfull."
