"Big Red" has been in our family for 4 generations and has been immaculately, lovingly renovated every step of the way.Entering up the steps to the front porch, you'll have sweeping views to watch and listen to birds and more than a few morning walkers carrying Patio donuts by the dozen. There is a large porch swing to take in the scene (or to take a nap) and an 8-person table to serve meals or to contribute to the more than 10,000 hands of double-Solitaire that have been played over the years.The rest of the ground floor features a living room with a library of books for your enjoyment and a piano for anyone looking to tickle the ol' ivories. Just off of the living room is a renovated bathroom with a large shower/tub, and also a very large bedroom with a bunkbed and a queen size bed -- absolutely perfect for a young family to share. Also on the ground floor is a spacious and bright kitchen that leads to an enormous back sunroom with a large dining table, couch and flat screen smart TV to watch the Guardians as they surely prevail this season. Wifi is throughout the cottage and is as blazing hot as the Lakeside dock on the 4th of July.
