"Very poorly maintained, old and messy. Staff was not trained or worked professionally. The sliding door to porch did not work, floor wasn’t clean enough. AC in the lobby wasn’t cool enough, it was just enough to breath. Went to the office to try and tell management, heard a big argument in the office between the staff and decided to leave. The place have an amazing potential but poorly maintained. I paid close to $300 for the night for a $72 motel level stay."

"People sometimes mention friendly hosts but this time it's really a great host, not just friendly. Just a few examples: 1. Our "agency" which used booking for us didn't bother to send us his phone number, and we arrived late, but Nzar waited for us there. 2. There's a kitchen, and everything there is included in the stay, so we could make a supper for ourselves instead of eating what snacks we took in the lounges for the flight and beyond. 3. We had to leave early in the morning, but he gave us a lift at 7:30 in his car - i mean, 7:30! Getting up this early is a nightmare and he did it for random guests. The place itself is... well, it's typical Israel so don't expect much, but at least the most critical things - bedsheets, towels (unlimited btw!) were clean so that's what matters. Also, the building is old, so 6 meter high ceilings are a plus. Just make sure to get a special pair of slippers for the shower. BTW, no mold (!). As for the balcony... yeah. Well. I could live on it. What a view"

"Nea Hotel is a wonderful one. It is near the sea and within a short walk distance. We enjoyed the surroundings, the room, and the very helpful staff. Breakfast was served to the table and was great. So was the spacious garden. We highly recommend it."

"Mycket dåligt underhållet, gammal och illa upptagen. Personalen utbildades inte eller arbetade inte professionellt. Den gliddörr till porten fungerade inte, golvet var inte ren nog. AC i lobbyn var inte cool nog, det var bara nog att andas. Han gick till kontoret för att försöka berätta för ledningen, hörde ett stort argument på kontoret mellan personalen och beslöt att lämna. Platsen har en fantastisk potential men underhålls. Jag betalade nästan 300 dollar för natten för en 72-dollars motellt boende."

"If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This is an appalling place that no guest should have to endure. From the moment I checked in, issues began: • Dirty, stained bed linen and a mattress protector with brown stains that appeared to be bodily fluids. • Toilet with visible poo stains. • Dirty floors. • Poorly managed car park, with workers regularly blocking guests’ cars. The hotel claims to offer 24-hour reception, but this is false—I was locked outside multiple times with no answer from reception, despite assurances they would always be available. The situation worsened the day before I left, when I returned to my cleaned room and discovered a dirty coffee cup in my room that was used from the machine in my room—something neither I nor my child had used. I raised this alarming issue with reception, concerned that someone had entered my room without authorization, especially as my safe wouldn’t open. Instead of treating this as serious, they acted as though nothing was strange. It seems that anyone could enter a guest’s room, use their belongings, and management wouldn’t investigate or consider it a problem. This is a clear safety hazard: if you want to feel safe and secure for yourself and your children, do not come here. Anyone could walk into your room at any time, use your things, and there would be no accountability—nor would management think anything of it. Even worse, the manager was hiding in the back office while instructing staff to tell me she wasn’t there. Only when I insisted I would call the police did she finally come out—but not to help. Instead, she emerged yelling aggressively, like an unprofessional, rude market brawler, lacking any manners or respect. She even falsely claimed my “sister” had been in my room that morning—while my sister was hospitalized in another city. Feeling unsafe, I went to the police station and returned with officers, who finally helped open the safe. Thankfully, nothing was missing—but the experience was shocking. In summary: If you want clean bedsheets, a properly cleaned room, professional management, or a sense of safety—this is NOT the hotel for you. I spent 30,000 shekels for three weeks and was treated appallingly. Shame on this hotel. Save your money, your peace of mind, and your safety—stay somewhere else."

The towels were not changed,the rooms were not cleaned The outdoor furnitures were in very bad condition The Pool area was not clean,full of garbage flying around. We asked the resaption 3 times for towels,and at last went to take them our self .We had to ask for toilet paper at last we went to get it"

"Att stanna vid Zidan Sarai, vilket innebär att gå 800 år tillbaka till medeltiden men med uppdaterade faciliteter.Särskilt klädd, bestående av två rum, kök och hammam.Platsen ger en trevlig östra atmosfär. Det ligger i en stor plats, 2 minuter från hamnen, 2 minuter från den gamla marknaden.Högt rekommenderat."
