"Rummet är mycket tillfredsställande, det finns stora utrymmen, köks- och köksredskap samt bordsbordsutrymme.Det finns ett supermarknadsområde som kan ta hem till hotellet och njuta av lite atmosfär utanför. Det enda som inte är nöjd är att receptionen berättade för dem att vi inte hade några rum, vi kunde bara byta oss till mindre rum.När jag frågade om mindre rum, gav receptionen mig ett kort för min manager när det gäller prisskillnaden. När jag frågade igen och igen, ringde jag chefen och fann att det fanns en stor typ av rum vi bokade, bara på första våningen, hela processen var mycket trött och bara att säga att det var bra."

"The breakfast is too simple, also after 8:45 am, almost nothing left! We register for two people, always only one set of towels, always. We are returning customer, visiting Merced at least once a month for years. Thank you."

"Loved our stay here! Elegant old hotel with updated everything...but still retains a classic charm. Room was comfortable and clean with all new fittings and fixtures. (I was kind of hoping for a more antique/vintage/original feel, but once we were settled in, I appreciated the modernity of all the appointments). Cocktail from the bar was fantastic! The seating areas off the lobby were comfortable and pleasant to use. Dinner at the restaurant was elegant. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious (coffee and savory pastry). Staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend."

"It took me 25 mins to wait in the check in lobby, there was no people there. The motel has no elevator! There was No microwave, no phone, no coffee pot.  I walked in the breakfast area at 7:45am, there was no any kind of hot food, or any kind of bread! Nothing, except coffee and hot water. I can say there was NO breakfast at all, I need to go to McDonalds for my breakfast."

"It is clean, the service is good, and the location is convenient. However, the room is too old and the breakfast items are too few and too cheap."

"總體滿意，畢竟是萬豪旗下品牌。看到了最別緻的梳化床，原來梳化床的大小主要得看沙發的大小。晚上九點入住，酒店的電梯出故障，前台客服幫忙更換了一樓的房間。不過到了第二天早上還在修理，住在二三樓的客人要走樓梯了，希望他們沒有太重的行李。"
