I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. The surrounding pools and seated areas were relaxing and really added to the time at the hotel. The daily cleaning was done quickly and to high standard, left some lovely towel art that didn’t go unnoticed. Would absoloutly stay again one of my best hotel stays ever."

"Although the room was tiny, barely big enough for the bed, it had an area that combined a work desk with a closet; I liked that, as I could sit and work comfortably. The annoying thing was the size of the bathroom—very narrow, the toilet barely fit, and the shower didn't even have a door or a curtain. There's no elevator, and even though the building is only three stories, it's difficult to carry suitcases up the stairs with so many steps."

"Important feature: The settlement takes place in the neighborhood (search for the sign of Real San Juan Center), the restaurant with breakfast is there (included in the value only the most basic, for the additional 200 peso you can get a full variety Swedish table). For a short stop it will be good. In general everything was normal, quiet, interesting configuration of the hotel, you can climb to the roof. Minus to mark I want one - in room 223 showers you have to clearly put in order, otherwise everything is arranged."

"You’ll know you made the right choice the moment you walk through their doors. A true oasis in the middle of balmy Merida, with lush gardens and a sparkling pool in the main courtyard. I stayed in the lovely bujo room, just off the entrance but very quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Breakfast in the mornings was tasty and substantial. I took part in one of their wellness ceremonies and cannot recommend Abraham and his kind guidance highly enough. Overall, if you are considering staying with George and Sarah, do it - it’s an absolutely wonderful place in so many ways!"
