"The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅"

"The hotel staff is definitely beautiful, but many things remain unclear. At such a price (not cheap for Merida) the pool was a terrible mud color - we did not risk climbing, such a dirty pool in Mexico I haven 't seen anywhere during my trip. The shower is outside the room, which is not very convenient, such rolling only on Bali on villas) Also the hotel has no free parking - not very pleasant, it is not expensive, but simply unpleasant. There is a parking nearby and could agree with them and pay for their guests for 8$ per night, it would look much more friendly. Also in the room turned off the water on the last day and there was no possibility to wash the toilet for several hours it is just a wild 😂 In general, the hotel is beautiful, but not very convenient, I wouldn't stop yet. Although local staff are very hard, there are no claims to them, they are rather to the owner who cannot drive the hotel to mind."

"Location 10 minutes from the historic center and the cathedral ... so excellent! Unfortunately ... the hotel was not to our liking! The dirty room, without toilet paper. a "master suite" ... only in name. Without a minimum of privacy and / or comfort. Not recommended."

"Hotellet ligger mycket centralt och raffinerat. Sevärdheter ligger i närheten. Personalen var mycket vänlig och förhandsbehandlad. Tyvärr var vi tvungna att byta rum under vistelsen på grund av en obehaglig lukt från badrummet, tyvärr var det också det nya rumet påverkat."

"Platsen för mina avsedda ändamål var en premium eftersom den ligger nära Centro de Congresos Internacionales de Yucatan där jag var tvungen att delta i ett möte och även nära Paseo Montejo, som är ett huvudområde i Merida. Det faktum att mitt rum låstes helt öppen i två separata fall.Jag kan uppskatta att Merida betraktas som en mycket säker stad, men att hitta både huvuddörren och mina rumsdörrar låsta gör inte nödvändigtvis att man känner sig säker. En annan händelse kom när jag kom sent till hotellet för att hitta en mus som roamer genom köksområdet som i sin tur inte gör mig trygg om den allmänna renheten."

"We had a fantastic stay at Casa Oasis in Merida. The house is walking distance away from the central parts of town, and the house itself with the garden and pool is such a serene place to spend the afternoons when it is too hot to be out exploring. George and Sarah are generous and welcoming hosts, and Lupita and the rest of the staff serve a delicious breakfast and keep the place spotless. The rooms are spacious and have lots of places to put things, and if you need something, they probably have it! The team at Casa Oasis have thought of everything. Rob and Bridget Banff, Canada"

"A family hotel with several rooms is the same as seen in the online pictures; it is very convenient to provide a breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious and everything else was fine. The only thing I wasn't used to was the shower there was a top spray and no shower. You can park at the door, not far from the city center"
