"대중교통을 이용하는 여행이라 호텔 위치가 좋은 편은 아니었지만 역까지 송영해주는 서비스가 있어 그리 불편하진 않았습니다. 객실은 3명이서 이용하기 넉넉한 편이었고 굉장히 관리가 잘 되어 깔끔하였습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절하여 편한 여행을 즐길 수 있었고 조식과 석식은 완벽하게 맛있었습니다. 온천물도 잘 관리되어 깔끔했고 수질이 좋았습니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행을 즐길 수 있었고 이 호텔을 또 즐기기 위해 돗토리에 다시 놀러가고 싶습니다~ 저녁으로 먹은 가이세키를 또 즐기고 싶어요!"

"宿に入る時間が遅くなることが分かっていたので食事無しを選択。それでも結構遅めについたのですが温かく迎えてくれました。部屋は和室でとても広くゆったりと過ごせました。 外観、内庭、廊下などとても趣深い宿です。 お風呂は露天風呂と内風呂があり内風呂は広いです。 男湯女湯が別々にある（時間交代制ではない）上に利用可能時間が長いのであまり混まず自分は誰とも会わず独占状態でした。 いわゆる三朝温泉街から少し離れている（徒歩5分ほど）ので、風呂入った後に浴衣で射的やカラオケを楽しむには少し遠いかな。"

"Really thumbs up for the ryokan experience! Arrived late and the staff was waiting outside in the cold weather identify us immediately, guiding us to a parking lot and helping us to the inn. Explanation was good and they are good with using translation on the phone to make sure we understand. Service excellence! Food was impressive, really good dinner and breakfast in the room! Room is clean and there is an option to go for the outdoor private onsen at an affordable price!"

"要預約車站接駁真的很困難，找不到除了打國際電話跟到當地打電話以外的聯絡方式，fb ig email根本是擺設用的，官網的詢問欄也是壞的。旅館本身是老旅館，溫泉很棒，吃的還可以，但當季螃蟹吃不到鮮度甜度有點可惜，整體有點鹹。服務人員都很親切熱心，但其中一位女將在服務上稍顯隨意。cp值整體而言不高，下次或許有其他選擇。"

"청결 : 먼지 같은 건 있었지만, 깨끗한 편이라고 생각합니다 위치 : 구라요시역이나 미사사 마을에서 좀 먼 편이지만 역 같은 경우에는 송영(픽업)서비스를 해주시고 미사사 마을은 버스타고 어렵지 않게 갈 수 있습니다. 서비스 : 직원분들 모두 친절하셨습니다. 시설 : 건물이 좀 노후되긴 했지만, 지내는데 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 온천 : 물이 깨끗한 편이었던 거 같아요. 바닥이 잘 들여다보야서 처음에 조금 놀랐습니다. 마찬가지로 온천 시설 역시 조금 노후되긴 했습니다만, 큰 문제 없었습니다."
