Nyati Safari Lodge

"Från det ögonblick vi träffades på flygplatsen av Nyati personal kände vi oss säkra och väl vårdnade om.Ankomsten till hytten var sömlös och vi blev välkomna av chefen som gick över detaljerna om vår vistelse. Vår villa var fantastisk och vi upplevde två elefanter nära vår pool den första dagen.Varje dag var safari rolig och spännande och guiderna var mycket välkända och vänliga.Antalet djur vi såg varje dag var otroligt. Maten var utmärkt och varje kväll presenterade kocken middagen och chefen presenterade södra Afrikas vin.Vi kunde inte ha begärt en bättre upplevelse för vår första resa till Afrika."

Safari Moon Luxury Bush Lodge

"In May 2026, I booked my second trip to So Africa. While the largest portion of my trip took me to a different part of the country, I knew I could not return without including a side trip to Kruger Park. While doing my own research as a solo traveler, I landed on a 3-night stay at Safari Moon through MoAfrika Tours. Though the land transfers were a bit long, I felt safe and comfortable during the 7-8 hour drive (with stops) on a motor coach-like vehicle. Upon arrival at Safari Moon Luxury Bush Lodge, I quickly forgot the length of the trip and swallowed up by the beauty of the property within the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and the incredible staff who welcomed me so graciously. My original room was the Bush Baby Luxury room which was accessed by stairs in the main lodge. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a huge dressing room and just as big bathroom. I didn’t have much time before leaving for my afternoon safari. Due to distance, I was taken to Tshukudo Private Reserve, a locally owned private reserve. Even with limited time, we were able to get close to a cheetah with fresh kill, the four resident lions and 3 rhinos. Returning to Safari Moon, I enjoyed a delicious dinner included in my package before retiring for the night. By the way, meals are prepared out in the open, in the main lodge, offering a wonderful aroma each time I exited my guest room. During the next two days, I was up and out by 5am, with a huge bagged breakfast prepared with more than enough to take me through the entire day. During to washed out roads, the transfers to Kruger were around 1.5 hours in each direction. Of course, Kruger did not disappoint. Though, I’m not quite sure how MoAfrika decides who is placed with who during the safaris. You do run into some of the same people you traveled with from/to Johannesburg during all of your safaris even though you’re at different lodges for different amounts of stay and ranged between 5-8 people per vehicle per safari. During my last night at Safari Moon, I was moved to another room due to a hot water issue. Seeing as though they put me on the Presidential Suite, I certainly didn’t mind packing my things for the change. The new room was nothing less than magnificent! I enjoyed my last bath under the stars before settling in for the night. My last morning I enjoyed one last safari back at Tshukudo, where I had the rare opportunity to not only meet their resident cheetah, but to also pet the beauty before returning to Safari Moon for a farewell breakfast that was plentiful and delicious. My only regret, I wasn’t able to spend more time at the Lodge with its wonderful staff, (especially LeNika… pardon the spelling), and the beautiful grounds where wildlife that freely rooms. For that reason, I will certainly return! Until next time…"

Karongwe- Shiduli Safari Lodge

"Utmärkt service, vackra marker, mycket bra mat inklusive hantering av allergier, med förhandsmeddelande.Guiden och spåraren var bra, även om guiden kunde ha ringt ner showhistorien lite. Spelet har en hel del vegetation, så den är annorlunda än en med bredare öppna områden, men det finns massor av fascinerande djur.Absolut familjvänlig."
