"Detta var ärligt talat det bästa vandrarhem jag bodde i Kathmandu.Det kändes verkligen som ett hem borta från hemmet.Vandrarhemet drivs av en familj och de behandlar dig som en del av det. Jag reser ensam och de gjorde ett stort försök att få mig att känna mig bekväm och säker.På en punkt checkade de in mig när jag inte hade följt min vanliga rutin, som jag verkligen uppskattade. Frukost på taket var verkligen trevligt varje morgon.Maten var exakt hur jag gillar den.Den var läckra och kände sig både färsk och näringsrik. Rummen var mycket rena och eftersom platsen är ganska ny känner allt sig färsk och väl ta hand om.Platsen är också bra.Det är mycket nära Monkey Temple men fortfarande i ett tyst område som inte känner för turism. Platsen kändes också mycket säker med en port vid ingången.De arrangerade min buss till Pokhara och gick till och med med mig tidigt på morgonen för att se till att jag kom på bussen.De var i allmänhet mycket hjälpsamma med allt och alltid välkomnande. Allt detta till ett mycket pris.Jag skulle definitivt stanna här igen.Tio av tio."

"I am writing this review with a sense of disappointment, as this establishment has so much potential but is being severely let down by one critical factor: its service staff. Let me start with the positives, because they are significant: The View was Amazing: Absolutely breathtaking. It was the highlight of our visit and created a wonderful initial atmosphere. The Rooms are Quite Good: The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We had no complaints about the ambiance or the physical setting. The Food was Okay: It was neither memorable nor terrible. It was perfectly acceptable and did not detract from the experience. However, the entire visit was completely undermined by the behavior of the service staff. They were consistently rude, unaccommodating, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. To provide a specific example that underscores this lack of professionalism: at one point, I asked a server for his name, and he refused to tell me. This act shows a stunning lack of accountability and basic customer care. It is a profound shame that such a beautiful setting, which clearly has a lot to offer, is being sabotaged by the very people who are supposed to be hosting guests. The rude service was not just a minor inconvenience; it was the dominant memory we took away from our visit."

"Mira and Sudarshan were very friendly, thoughtful and caring hosts. Lots of interesting walks can be made from the homestay and it is very relaxing to be away from the mania of downtown Kathmandu. They helped me sort out treatment for a damaged shoulder and were full of lots of ideas of how I could spend my time in the valley. They also attract a wonderful array of guests as well."

"I booked this hotel for a class at Guangming Temple on the top of the mountain. It is opposite the Buddha Park. The breakfast is very authentic, American style and different every day. The rooms in Nepal are relatively primitive, but they are OK. The scenery outside the hotel is very good. The boss is nice and responsive."

"What is offered 2 complimentary bottles water. If request for water they bring additional bottled water for a cost. Do you want to drink the tap water? Jug water not offered until I said if you brought this water is great but need water to drink that is clean. No razor, no conditioner, only 2 sets of shampoo samples. Long hair need much more if both. Be sure to bring your own. Tea bags and coffee .. two not enough? Pay for more or bring your own. Have to pay for room daily, why? Other resorts and 1 star hotels receive payment at checkout. When room was booked .. it was indicated if location and such is liked would stay longer. But they booked the room and was told have to leave after one night. The manager and receptionist not customer friendly at all, hotel rules must be followed. The food is very good with restaurant staff being very attentive to needs of the guest. The view is peaceful and splendid. I would not recommend this place based on appearance they of making money on needed water (tap water not drinkable) and basic amenities a 3 star Resort ought to provide to all guests."
