"Jag checkade ut klockan 10. När det var trångt fortsatte personalen att lägga arbetsväskor i hissen. Det finns bara två hissar på hotellet, och under rusningstid kan väntetiden vara över 5 minuter. Sammantaget var upplevelsen inte bra."

"Really enjoyed my 6 nights stay at The Nest Naha. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. They do room cleaning every 3 days but also provide daily towel replacements, trash clearing and two bottles of water every day, so that’s perfect for me. The free drinks from 6–7pm each evening was a welcome bonus. The infinity pool on Level 14 looked amazing — didn’t get to use it this time, but that’s reason enough to return. Missed their breakfast too, so plenty to look forward to on the next visit. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. Close to Asahibashi Monorail Station, so getting to the airport or Kokusai Dori is easy. Lots of restaurants nearby and three konbini within walking distance, which is always handy. Parking at the hotel is ¥1,800/day, which is a bit steep, but there are cheaper options close by so it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, solid hotel with a great location. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back."

"Hotel Strata Naha in Okinawa impresses with its nicely designed building, comfortable twin rooms, and large balconies. However, the overall experience falls short. The internet is fast when it works, but the signal is patchy. The breakfast spread is high quality, yet the coffee offered is disappointingly poor in taste. The smart TV never worked despite complaints, with no standard TV channels available. Additionally, light cleaning service the next day upon arrival didn’t include making the beds, which felt lacking. The ladies at the reception would benefit of English language training. Overall, the stay was good but needs improvement in these small yet important details to live up to its potential"

"The hotel is super clean and in a walking distance to Kokusai-dori street which is very convenient for those who want to explore the food street and souvenir shopping. The neighbourhood area of hotel is the combination of residence area and restaurants nearby (steak house, izakaya, ramen, yakiniku, etc). There is plenty of good restaurants in the area which is nice. There is also the convenience marts just around the corner (Familymart is next door, 7-11 is across the street). Although, there is a free breakfast set available for guest (1 drink & 1 bagel for each person), i saw many guests buy some foods/snack from the convenience mart for breakfast. The bagel is quite nice though. The parking of hotel is auto parking system (1500 JPY fee per night). The waiting time to retrieve the car is appx 1-2 min."

"Jag älskar att personalen är välkomna och hjälpsam.God utrustning som ett tvättrum och mikrovåg var hjälpsam att resa med ett barn. Jag älskar också att jag kan lagra bagage på hotellet efter min check-out. Platsen är mycket nära monojärnvägen och busshållplatser gör rörelsen lättare. Vi hade en bra tid och kommer tillbaka igen."
