"We stayed at Gram Suites for 4 nights. The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us. Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had. The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished. There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person): Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep) Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples."

"Hotellet är centralt beläget och det är så stängt av tåg- och tunnelbanestationen.Det är mycket bekvämt om du planerar att ta tåg till utkanten.Det är mycket säkert eftersom många poliser kommer att vara runt på natten. Mina enda två förslag är (1) terrassen bör öppnas för att se Mount Versuvian.Tyvärr är den alltid stängd även jag frågade i fronten.För det andra bör frukost ha en liten förändring. Jag stannade där i fyra nätter och frukost är samma."

A basic sweet prepacked breakfast with sweet croissants and freshly made coffees. Location was great for us as we wanted to be near the train station. We stayed with this same owner 11 years ago."

"The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were delightful! The hotel's seafront promenade is currently undergoing renovations. For us, the location was excellent. Close to the opera house and the pier where boats depart for Capri. Our room was very small, and although we were given a superior room, it was the one below the restaurant. Due to poor soundproofing, we could clearly hear the music and every movement of the guests at the table. We were disappointed by the maid, who kept moving the phone, papers, and other items to specific places, despite us constantly removing them from the small nightstand in an effort to save space. On our last day, the bed linen wasn't changed, even though we left a postcard with check marks and, as always, a tip."

"Ischia is gorgeous and I wanted this hotel to be a 5 star hotel but it lacks a few things . Positive is staff are 5 stars worthy. I received a warm welcome by Gianfranco and Roberta and was given a spectacular room which I appreciated the view .Thanks Gianfranco Roberta two of them were really great and friendly Breakfast although was ok eggs would run out fast .servive wise Carmen and Angelica did their best to please . Room was nice looking but then discovered its flaws - super hard bed they really need to invest in this . I asked housekeeping to assist with a “topper” but again an investment is needed. Last two days A/c wouldn’t lower which led to mosquitoes being active . My son had sooo many bites I was glad to leave , never happy to leave Ischia or Italy overall but it was overwhelming the mosquitoes . So that brings another point in investing to fumigate the place . Housekeeping Nidia and Mimma were great to spray but it isn’t enough. Also no place to dry clothes when using beach or pool . Pool was ok. Beach plus is access to private beach that part is lovely. Pretty classic Italian decorated property but needs improvement for the price that is offered because the most important part of a hotel is a good bed to obtain a good nights sleep ."

"STAY AWAY!! What can be said? The name ruins is a perfect description! You follow Google Maps to your ‘Private parking’ as described on both Trip.com and ***********… You have to park illegally on a busy street to get out and enter through an entrance that doesn’t exist (actually you have to use the hotel entrance next door) to be told that the parking is nearly half a kilometre away down the street. When you come back from parking your car you are then told you also have to pay €10 for the parking which you were never informed anywhere. In fact when I contacted Trip.com, they said it was a breach of the Booking terms. Next you have a delight of being taken to your room through a derelict corridor and you feel like you are going to get mugged. The room may have been painted some point in the last decade but the design was clearly from several centuries ago. The terrace overlooks a delightful inner courtyard of several thousand other apartments and all their trash. Now for the real fun parts. The sound insulation is made of paper! You will hear every noise from every other room. People moving furniture, talking, snoring, people having sex, using the toilet, TVs… It’s as if the whole community is in one open plan room and that room is yours! How such places survive is beyond me. They also wanted me to pay tourist tax in cash… Probably another scam from this money grabbing thieving poor excuse for a hotel only come here if you want to have an awful night and feel terrible"

"Vi bodde i tre nätter. Hotellet är fint, allt är nytt, alltid rent och snyggt, och det ligger nära tågstationen och flygplatsen. Det finns också en spårvagnshållplats i närheten. En stor nackdel är den stora och branta trappan, vilket är extremt obekvämt med resväskor. Vi hade ett kvällsflyg, och de lät oss inte lämna våra väskor eftersom det inte finns någon där permanent, och man kan inte komma in på hotellet utan nyckel. Området är väldigt deprimerande, med massor av skräp runt omkring, en stank och allt annat som inte får staden att se bra ut."
