"We stayed in one of the cave rooms at this hotel and were very pleased with our experience. The cave room had a unique atmosphere and gave us a very special feeling throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-prepared, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We truly enjoyed this different style of accommodation and would definitely recommend trying the cave rooms at least once. However, if you personally feel uncomfortable in places with limited ventilation or tend to feel overwhelmed without fresh air, choosing a standard room might be a better option for you. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy with our stay."

Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. I had to book another hotel nearby to rest for 1 more day….I understand the policy but was wondering if there could be better way to handle such case or respond to me faster than the 10 hours wait…"
