"By far the biggest room we had except the old carpet. Kind enough to allow us to check in early and leave our luggage after we checked out for sightseeing. The room facing a hilltop castle and the sea. Buses passed in front of the hotel. Good location. Only 10 minutes walk to train station. Many restaurants in the neighbour within walking distance. Bonus is they have AM/FM radio system which is working well in the room."

"The room was large with beautiful views and comfortable beds. There was a pillow menu if required. I liked the on-site shop and was able to buy clothes, souvenirs and snacks. The staff were friendly and thorough in explaining the facilities and many spoke good English. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay."

"The hotel is good value for money with hearty Japanese and basic western breakfast buffet included. Location wise, it is more convenient for car driving travellers as there is only one shopping centre nearby and no other shops or eateries within short walking distances. Room is cleaned every 3 days but clean towels are provided daily. Stop for Buses going to the Onaruto Bridge, the Naruto Whirlpool boat tours, the Otsuka Museum of Art stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel."

"思っていた以上に高いところにあって登るのにたいへんだったけれど、景色もよく部屋も広く気持ちよく過ごせました。SPA（外湯）も利用させていただき、旅の疲れもとれ、とても快適でした。 お部屋の水道、トイレ、お風呂などがすこし古めかしくて使い勝手に手間取りました。ルームキーやSPAのロッカーキーなどもすこし古いかなと感じました。 女性のSPAは外を眺めることが出来ず残念でした。 夕方も朝もお散歩しながら海を眺めてリフレッシュできました。ありがとうございました。"
