"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ningbo! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city, with everything close by. The room was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt very comfortable and welcome throughout my time here. The best part, though, was the reception service – extremely helpful with every request, always friendly and professional. They really go above and beyond to assist you. Highly recommended – I’d definitely come back!"

"Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that."

"We always choose Hilton Garden Inn whenever we visit Ningbo, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making every stay a pleasant experience. Its location is excellent—right next to a shopping mall—so restaurants, shops, and conveniences are just a few steps away. The staff are consistently welcoming, helpful, and attentive, which makes us feel at home every time. From check-in to check-out, the service is smooth and friendly. "Third visit to the Ting Hotel. The layout of the check-on area has changed. It is a lot better now. The superior room is well worth the money spent. Two big, comfortable double beds, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, friendly staff, they are using the usual translator Apps, Metro line two to Ningbo Railway station as well as the Airport is only a two minutes walk away. The click tower acrosd the street. An english translation for the A/C remote control would be helpful. The loud A/C is the only downside. I guess it needs to be serviced."

"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Service was top notch. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel even provides free laundry service - they can help wash, dry and fold your laundry any time of the day. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and was delicious. Hotel is in a great location. Within a five minure walk is the Tianyi shopping mall which has a huge supermarket. Highly recommend staying at thos hotel."

"My colleagues toilet had skid marks in when he checked into his room, hadn’t been cleaned. Disgusting. The gym is dated and the equipment could do with a refresh. The rooms were terribly hot, the person in the room next to me slept with his door open all night as the corridor was cooler. I would not return to this hotel."

"The young female receptionist, who doesn’t speak English! and the lovely lady at the surprisingly acceptable breakfast buffet were the highlights . Otherwise it’s probably the worst hotel in China and Ibis worldwide , I’ve resided in ! As you enter the disgusting, grubby lift , you know what to expect . NO INTERNET IN THE ROOM . And the 2/3 male characters at reception don’t help . But the location and cheap !"

"Stayed here a few times since I left Ningbo and have been returning for visits. I knew the hotel already when it used to have M Bar but - as predicted - they have finally done away with the place and replaced it with some kind of members lounge. In fact, that whole side of the hotel has gone more upmarket - in keeping with the standards of the brand. The reception staff are efficient if a bit cold, the breakfast is plentiful and fresh (I think there was a conference or something as was super busy) and the hotel is clean and roomy. The soft pillows are still my biggest complaint but I have continued to stay here despite this and beds are comfortable in general. Thanks and best wishes."
