"The hotel deserves an excellent mark. The hotel is situated next to Central Station; nevertheless, it is a very calm area. I was on my way from Mt. Fuji to take the Shinkansen to Osaka, so I decided to stay in the little town of Numazu to get real fresh sashimi at the Fish Market. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu was a perfect solution. The room was very bright, clean, and spacious. The personnel were very kind and spoke English. If you are lucky enough, you'll get a room with a view of Mt. Fuji just from your window. So, I can give only positive feedback. Highly recommended!"

"天気が良ければ、海、富士山が見えるそうです。 私が宿泊した時には、曇りでほとんど富士山は見えなかったですが、夕方に晴れて夕焼けが綺麗でした。 お部屋に露天風呂はついてなかったです。 大浴場の他に貸切風呂が4つあります。 夜に利用しましたが、沼津？の街の明かりが見えるだけだったので、夕方とか少し明るい時の方が景色も楽しめて良いかも…。 大浴場は露天風呂も付いているので、貸切風呂を利用しなくても満足出来そうな気がします。 お食事はお魚がメインになりますが、伊勢海老、アワビと豪勢だし、量も多いと思います。 朝ごはんはブュッフェスタイルではありませんが、しっかり食べれます。 また、利用させていただきたいと思いました"

"I recently stayed at a hotel in Numazu while traveling alone. The location is very convenient, being quite near Numazu Station, which made getting around very easy. The room itself was quite small, but functional. One thing to note is that the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled rather than individually adjustable for each room. I traveled in April, and while the nights were cool enough that I didn’t need to use the air conditioning, the days were warm. When I did try to use the air conditioning, it only blew hot air, which was a bit uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day. Overall, with the facilities provided, I think that adjusting the price range downward could make this hotel more attractive to tourists. In my opinion, it is currently a little expensive for what is offered."

"The hotel is old building,My honest review is I feel little bit disappointed with my room.I booked a room with a lake view. But when I’m arrived they give us the room that there was no view at the lake. The aircon is not really cold so we decided to open up a window. And I feel disappointed about the dining.In the boking site they included the pictures of there dining up to 90 plus over pictures of the buffet breakfast,That is none as I expected on the pictures of dining. Just an advice,To the management of the hotel.Can you please separate the area of the tables and the location of all types of dining pictures. Because as I expected to the pictures that you put into your dining buffet is all are available to the guest. But you only served a simple food buffet not fit to the room rate. And I suggest that hope you can re arrange your dining buffet pictures not to put it on one place,like Bars,wedding reception and etc. Because guests will think that it is all available when stay and booked it right away to think it was cheap but in the end it is really disappointing. Thank you!"

"Nice and convenient. Just beside train station. However, staff not able to speak and understand English. There are also limited washing machine and dryer. Clothes washed and no one came back and collect and the next person is not able to wash."

"The place was without fault and the breakfast buffet was very nice, the only thing I guess to mention is that there's a bit of a step from the room to the bathroom but once you know about it then it's a non-issue."

"Нам все понравилось в этом океане. Единственный недостаток - немного сложно добираться: сначала на поездах, потом около 50 минут на автобусе. Но, скорее всего, время в автобусе пройдёт незаметно, так как вид из окон будет потрясающим. Также из самого океана можно сходить на каменный пляж и на пляж с темным вулканическим песком. Рядом есть сад. В рекане очень вкусные, большие и сытные завтраки с местными продуктами. Все сотрудники, которых мы встретили, были такими гостеприимными и дружелюбными, что нам было очень комфортно. Мы попали на цукими, и сотрудники давали всем пришедшим в лобби небольшие угощения. Также был организован очень веселый квест, в котором нужно пройтись по трём локациям, собрать печати и… впрочем, я не хочу рассказывать все, вам стоит просто посетить это место. Номер был большим, уютным. С уверенностью могу сказать, что это замечательно организованное место, в котором, как и написано в приветственном листе, следуют особому пути гостеприимства. Я точно надеюсь оказаться здесь снова."

"Great location! Lots of food around and a great matcha cafe nearby. There is also public transportation really close as well. The hotel itself is very clean and staff were so friendly. Room is spacious compared to a lot of other Japanese hotels. Price is very good for what it’s worth. Everything is very modern as well, I think they just renovated not too long ago. From my window can also see Mt Fuji."
