"A beautiful location next to the Rock River is the best feature of the hotel. The room was large and had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The wifi worked well and there was coffee in the lobby. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours and the rooms are not cleaned every day, but neither is my house, haha. There is a bank and two restaurants sharing the parking lot but otherwise nothing is available within walking distance. A quick five minute drive gets you to anywhere in town."

"Hard pass on this one.This place is filthy. The wifi is spotty at best, the air condition is at least 30 yrs old and has never been cleaned. This was once a nice place to visit but It's no longer cute, cozy, or woodsy. It is now old and broken down and disgusting."

"I booked the wrong room online but the staff was able to get us into the room I wanted. We come here to relax in a hot tub room with our 2 small dogs. Was not disappointed. We try to come here twice a year and it's always a pleasure."

"En vacker plats bredvid Rock River är hotellets bästa egenskap.Rummet var stort och hade en mini kylskåp och mikrovågsugn.WiFi fungerade bra och det fanns kaffe i lobbyn. Frontbordet är inte utrustat 24-timmars och rummen är inte reniga varje dag, men det är inte heller mitt hus, haha.Det finns en bank och två restauranger som delar parkeringsplatsen, men annars finns inget tillgängligt inom gångavstånd. En snabb fem minuters bil får dig till någonstans i stan."

"If you need WiFi and a good internet connection be sure to have a phone with its own hotspot and plenty of data. The location of the router(s) is such that only the rooms near the office will have any service. Even if you are able to connect, the service is barely on a par with dial up of the early 1990's. My MacBook complained about the router(s) configuration and rated the security as "weak." The rooms themselves are as pictured and OK for one night. I wouldn't recommend it at all for a several night stay."
