"This is absolutely terrible. Don't come here. We booked a room for a few nights through Trip.com. When we arrived, it turned out the room didn't match the description and photos. There was supposed to be a shower in the room, but we were given a room without one and with a shared bathroom in the hallway. When we complained, they asked us to pay an extra $15 per night to upgrade to a better room. The owner of the hotel is completely uncommunicative and unfriendly. He refused to refund the deposit, and only 8 hours (!!!) of contact with support led to the desired result. He only speaks Chinese and uses a translator, so normal communication is impossible. Also, it's important to note that this is not a hotel, but a guesthouse on the very edge of town. The road to the guesthouse is gravel, so you'll have to carry your suitcases. Half of the rooms are not in the building, but on the property, and the door to the room opens onto a parking lot where cars are parked and Chinese people smoke. There's no common rest area, just one bench on a concrete platform. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this place, even if the price seems attractive. The city is full of better hotels and guesthouses that are much cheaper."
