"Rating: 1/5 I do not recommend this hotel. Although it advertises underground parking, it is not guaranteed for guests. We were forced to park further away from the hotel, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the pricing was unclear — the final cost ended up being nearly double what we expected, despite having no special amenities or upgrades in the room. Overall, a disappointing experience. If you want a nice, parking guarantee spot, and a fair/ cheap price I would highly recommend Radisson Blu hotel, Oulu."

"absolutely fantastic. lavish and luxurious breakfast. all day free coffee/juice and snacks in the lobby. the breakfast is even better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in the Nordic region. the photos speak fke themselves. 200 meters from the station so the best choice if you plan to arrive or depart by train. a comfortable and memorable experience. front desk people are awesome and helpful. the Sauna is a blessing in Finland hotels if they have one.. I enjoyed it after a long time and didn't know they provided one within my room. excellent."

"Les chalets sont sympa , mais pas à côté de la mer et la vue du notre était sur d'autres chalets donc pas bien pour l'observation d'auro boréales (mais il faut demander qui y en sont mieux placés) si on retour on là on demandera ! Otherwise super to be able to rent skis and skiing on the sea really worth the coup !!!"
