Faktum är att hotellet ligger långt från centrum och den historiska stadskärnan och det är fortfarande mycket komplicerat att komma åt det med transporter: spårvagnen är långt från hotellet och bussen som ligger bredvid hotellet är inte absolut inte punktlig, vi ibland väntade nästan en timme för att få en."

"Very friendly staff (Francesco) at the front desk allowed to check-in my room earlier than schedule. The hotel was a palace of a prince in the 1750s, looks like a small gallery. It's well located to the open market, which opens daily in the morning. Close to the train and bus terminals, about 15 minutes walk."

"The hotel's public areas have a palatial feel, a great location, good breakfast, and the front desk staff were friendly, but I still gave it a bad review. (Friendly reminder: Don't stay on the first floor, especially room 120.) I was assigned room 120 at check-in, and the room wasn't great. But I figured the price was fair, so I went out for a walk. When I returned, the room was very noisy, with constant trailer noises. I opened the curtains to look out and found the windowsill disgustingly dirty. There were also occasional dog barks, so I took pictures and sent them to Ctrip customer service and the hotel front desk to request a room change. They told me the hotel was fully booked and they couldn't change it, and they'd have to deal with it the next day depending on the hotel's situation. Not wanting to go through all that trouble, I just made do. Around 7 am, the trailer noise started again in the hallway, it was unbearable. I opened the door and saw a freight elevator next to the room, which was used for all items going up and down. The breakfast restaurant was on the second floor, and I realized the kitchen was above the room (meaning they were also moving things around in the kitchen, making the room very noisy). I was speechless. Ctrip customer service was very helpful and followed up, eventually changing me to a room on the second floor, which was much better. But the entire morning's schedule was disrupted, and my mood was greatly dampened."

The service is excellent and the employees are really helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located on a small and calm street parallell to Via Roma. Fifty meters from the hotel, on Via Roma, the airport shuttle stops and the price is euro 6 per person. We couldn't have found a better hotel for our wonderful stay in Palermo!"

"Located a 2-minute walk from the train station, it's very convenient. The hotel doesn't have an elevator; all rooms are on the second floor, requiring a short walk up stairs. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. Although it faces the street, the soundproofing is excellent. The only drawback is that the bed is a bit too soft."
