"First of all, kudos to Park Royal for the warm welcome. However, I would like to highlight a few concerns. The pool water had an unpleasant smell, and the bottom of the pool appeared dirty and covered with algae. The hotel staff were also not very attentive; when we requested cutlery, we were charged RM5. Breakfast was quite crowded as hotel guests were mixed together with participants of a program being held at the hotel, which made the dining experience less comfortable. In addition, our room was located quite far from the main facilities and central area of the hotel. Overall, while the welcome was excellent, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience."

"I stayed here 10 years ago, and it was great then, just as great now! The hotel and its grounds are clean, tidy, and comfortable. I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with my 4 kids, and it was perfectly spacious and comfy. The air conditioning was super cold, and the nasi lemak at the clubhouse breakfast was delicious. We went to Waterworld and played to our hearts' content; even though it was crowded, we didn't have to wait long for our turns. You can also eat and shop at Freeport A'Famosa, which is close by. Only going to Melaka city is a bit far. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

"Overall, it was a satisfying stay at this new and beautiful villa, perfect for our big family gathering just 1.5 hours from KL. We enjoyed the pool, the karaoke room, and the fully equipped kitchenette which was great for steamboat. Some areas for improvement- At check-in, towels, toilet rolls, and rubbish bags were not prepared in the rooms, but the staff provided them promptly after we requested. The pool water could have been cleaner, and it would be more convenient if the bathrooms had hooks for clothing"

"A quiet and comfortable standalone villa on a golf course. The room was well-equipped. There was no front desk; I contacted the hotel directly and received my key from a lockbox at the door. The villa's furnishings differed from the pictures and weren't as luxurious. The bedding was clean and hygienic, but some amenities were lacking maintenance and malfunctioned. The bathroom used a small, instant-heating water heater, and the water in the second-floor bathroom didn't work, and the kettle was broken."

"The condo was very satisfying. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the view was absolutely stunning. The mountain view in the morning was incredibly beautiful. On the day we visited Safari, it looked empty from the outside, but once inside, there were actually a lot of people 😅. We arrived at 11:00 AM and missed the first show. However, we managed to catch all the other shows in one day 🙂. The Wild Wild show was the best! But we couldn't finish it because our child started crying when they heard the shooting sounds 😅. We had to leave so as not to disturb others. After we left, one by one, other families with children also started leaving. Everyone's kids were crying. But overall, it was awesome. Regarding the condo, everything was satisfactory, except for one thing: the floor was very slippery when wet. Caution is needed, especially for children and the elderly."
