"We had an amazing time at the hotel and waterpark! Everything was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The waterpark was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, with great slides and plenty of fun activities for both children and adults. A special thank you to all the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The entertainment and dancing were also fantastic and created a fun and lively atmosphere throughout our stay. The lifeguards deserve a special mention as well. They were very attentive, professional, and constantly watching over the pools, which made us feel safe and comfortable while enjoying the waterpark. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended !!!!"

"Från början till slutet av personalen på hotellet gjorde vår vistelse en av de bästa!Vänlig personal, vilket gör dig lätt och bekväm.Hotellets plats är perfekt för om du vill ha en tyst, avslappnad semester! Bara en 6-minuters bilresa till protaras strip, eller en kort promenad till Pernera.Hotellet är idealiskt om du gillar en blandning av en pool semester, och strand semester, eftersom stranden är den andra sidan av vägen! Vi stannade här i 15 nätter och funderade på om vi kunde stoppa några extra nätter, som vi älskade det så mycket! Det är något som händer varje natt, eftersom vi hade mycket av vår familj som kom ut det var perfekt, eftersom alla då skulle bli slösade efter val!Om du vill avkoppla ..... Golden Coast är för dig!Allt du kunde tänka på, hotellet kunde ge! Rummen var moderna och rymliga!Vårt rum var fullt utrustat med allt vi behövde under vår vistelse, och även när vi bad om en järn, togs det upp till vårt rum inom fem minuter efter att fråga om det.Rummen är SPOTLOSS! För vad vi betalade för de 15 nätterna kommer vi definitivt att återvända i den närmaste framtiden!Mycket värde för pengar, särskilt för allt som ingår i priset!!Medan vi stannar på hotellet i 15 nätter, gifter vi oss också där! Utan den hemma bröllopskoordinatorn hade vi inte kunnat ha det bröllop vi gjorde!Grattis, är en av de bästa! Från år tillbaka e-post och telefonsamtal kunde hon göra vårt bröllop till den bästa dagen i våra liv, och vi kan inte tacka henne tillräckligt för det! Felicity tog all stress ur att planera ett bröllop, och gjorde det kända som en absolut bris!Även genom e-post tillbaka och ut kunde Felicity stödja oss och ge den hjälp vi behövde! Jag rekommenderar verkligen att stanna här, och kommer definitivt att återvända!!"

"Windmill Apartments are diabolical not even a toilet roll holder had to put it on sink which got wet Air con like a jumbo jet of which we had to pay €10 per day costing us €100 extra cost as a disabled person steps stairs were not obvious No WiFi in rooms no non asked for extra pillow you will have to wait until tomorrow never came bath towels small Music from 10-2 am every single night no consideration for holiday makers no escape from the music Breakfast monotonous I asked for cereal and yogurt no only allowed one all extra coffee tea toast orange juice had to be paid for Staff not very friendly at all after we asked for another apartment we approached reception and the lady turned looked at us and continued dusting a unit and left us standing Would I go back not in a month of Sundays"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Papouis Protaras Hotel! ❤️ From the first day until the last, everything was truly excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and always willing to help. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality, and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. We would especially like to give a special mention to the person responsible for the children’s games and entertainment. 🥰 Their energy, enthusiasm and genuine love for the children made our holiday even more special. The kids had an amazing time and were always looking forward to the activities and games. "Giovanni my therapist. AMAZING!!!!! This has been the first time outside of Asia that I’ve ever experienced such an amazing massage and relaxation session. Giovanni really is a master of his trade, only when I was in Bali had i experienced anything similar. I wish I would’ve known about him and his treatments as soon as I arrived, I would’ve had an extra session with him. He has done more good for me in the space of one hour thirty than my therapist in the UK has done in three months this month is amazing! The facilities and the spa overall are amazing and excellent. It is incredibly clean well laid out and prepared and I have wanted for nothing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

"10/10 would recommend this hotel. From checking in to checking out everything was brilliant. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I had a bed and breakfast booking - breakfast food was great, lots of options and fresh foods, chefs cooking up different things everyday. I ate in the poolside eatery a few times for lunch, again 10/10, fab food, great service, lovely staff. The hotel is very modern, clean and well managed. Loads of very comfy sun beds and seating areas. My room was great, having everything you needed. Bottles of water in the fridge on arrival, everything you’d need for a hot drink, aircon, hairdryer, tv with Bluetooth, good storage, nice bathroom. For the very reasonable price I paid, this hotel met all my expectations and then some! I would happily return for another stay here."

"We arrived at the hotel Saturday 5th September because our flight got cancelled. We was welcomed by some lovely staff, very friendly. Reception pool bars and especially Angela. Sunbeds do need replacing which we addressed the manager Christos who is very polite always about and you can go to him for anything. We have never met such a polite manager and friendly. The hotel in General is lovely and would 💯 per cent return. The house keeping spot on every day 👌 🙌. Keep up the good work every one 👍 👏 👌"
