The children have a great time throughout the whole process. From the public area to the details of the guest room, they can feel treated with care. They are clean and tidy, and the layout is warm. Although the overall hardware is perfect, this meticulous warmth and sincerity have long surpassed the facilities themselves, and I really like the intimate and thoughtful service! Enjoying a meal in the courtyard on a late autumn evening was very relaxing and not cold at all, making it perfect for a family of three. We were traveling with our cat, and although the hotel doesn't provide pet supplies, there's a pet store nearby, which was convenient. The receptionist was also very attentive; since we had our cat with us, it was inconvenient for the staff to clean daily, so she contacted us via WeChat to ask if we needed any supplies added or replaced – a big plus! The only downside was that, being on the ground floor, there were some small insects, but my cat took care of them all. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it!"
