Tourists with children and seniors, please beware of Room 919! The supervisor asked me to cancel the booking, offering a full refund. But if I cancelled, I wouldn't be able to leave a review. I'd rather forgo the refund to make sure everyone sees this – absolutely do NOT stay in Room 919! Because that nail is still there! When we first entered the room, the kettle had no base. The second one the staff brought wasn't compatible, and the third kettle couldn't even boil water. Speechless."
