The only downside was that they stopped allowing swimming at 6 PM, which was a bit too early and cut our fun short. Luckily, the hotel staff were very helpful; they kept telling us how to go chase the 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), which made it still worthwhile."

We were immediately wowed by the stunning sea view from our window upon check-in. The cafe, also facing the ocean, has an elegant and comfortable ambiance, perfect for unwinding. Due to a train schedule issue, we requested a late check-out, and the hotel was very accommodating, which made us feel especially warm and welcome."

"Absolutely amazing! We picked a bad time to visit Pingtan because of the weather, so we didn't get to explore much. BUT! This guesthouse has beach chairs where you can just lie back and watch the strong winds, which was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was also very generous, and the food at the restaurant next door was delicious. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were super friendly. The room was clean, hygienic, and very spacious! Loved it!"

"We were on a road trip and the hotel's location was excellent. The owner even called us to ask about our arrival time. The room had all the amenities, was super clean, and very bright. The surrounding area is nice and it's not far from the beach, which the kids absolutely loved! My family all praised how good it was here. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which was very convenient. It was quiet at night, so we got a really good rest."

"The floor of the room was very dusty. The service was also very bad. We went to have breakfast and the child wanted to eat noodles. When I asked the noodle chef, he said there was no more, only rice noodles. Then I asked casually, "Do you have wontons?" He said impatiently, "No wontons, this is not a snack stand? Where can I find wontons for you? If you want to eat, go out and eat!" Is there something wrong? I just asked casually, and you said you didn't have any, but you still complained with an unhappy face, "Is this the attitude of your hotel?" There was also very little food for breakfast, not even basic vegetables. And I was not allowed to ask questions. There are other things that I won't explain one by one. I have stayed in so many hotels. Look at the many hotels I have stayed in. Have I ever given a bad review? This is the first time I have encountered such a bad one. Break my record of zero bad reviews."

"On the first day, we arrived to find 3 pairs of slippers missing. Later that evening, we realized the location was very remote, with absolutely nothing around. To eat or see the sea, we had to take a taxi. Ordering takeout was also incredibly difficult. On the second day, after they cleaned the room, disposable slippers still weren't provided, and I had to go to the front desk to ask for them again. I mean, for a room advertised for four people, is it really that hard to provide basic amenities? This is fundamental, right? For over 360 a night, how can they not have things prepared for guests? After the cleaning on the second day, the toilet wasn't even properly cleaned; there was hair all over it. Firstly, the most basic item, disposable slippers, were not consistently provided daily. Secondly, the location is very remote, in the countryside, making it inconvenient to get anywhere. It's much better to stay in the county center. I don't recommend staying here; it's not worth the price. See photos for reference. This is what the guesthouse entrance looks like."

"I decided to travel during the Chinese New Year. I saw that there were still rooms available online on the first day of the Chinese New Year, so I booked it immediately. I was not disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. Although the room area is not large, it is enough. There is free parking, which is suitable for self-driving tours. The bathroom is a bit small, but the shower water is large. The breakfast is standard and can be eaten. The sound insulation effect is good. It is not noisy even if you live on the road side."
