"On arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel. Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful. Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back."

From the inviting sitting room with its warm fireplace and well-stocked bookshelves to the bright, spacious dining area with stunning views, every corner exuded comfort and character. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the dining experience. Every meal was a work of art — beautifully plated, flavorful, and prepared with care. The courses ranged from perfectly cooked meats and fresh vegetables to creamy risottos, refreshing fruit bowls, and decadent desserts. Each dish was thoughtfully presented, and the variety showed the chef’s creativity and passion for fine dining. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel really cared for. It was a perfect mix of relaxation, good food, and good company — a stay we’ll remember fondly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality."

"A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade. Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too. The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax. Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated."

"Just returned from two nights, great location being only 5 minute walk down to the middle of the town and 7 minutes from the train station. Our host was very friendly and interested in her guests. Our room was perfectly, good, firm bed, lovely decor with old sash and case windows to look out to the hills. Free toiletries in the lovely shower-room which had a very good shower which was welcomed after a long walk. Breakfast comprises of a great range of cold offerings, so cereals, cheeses, jars of fruit salad, prunes or grapefruits, yoghurts, we also had a cooked breakfast which was great quality produce and we topped it off with toast and jams. Room was very clean and fresh as was the house which is full of Victorian charm. I'd definitely recommend this guest house and would look to book again for a weekend in lovely Pitlochry. "

"Första gången på CBH Scotland s spa hotell och jag är säker på att det inte kommer att vara min sista.Det var bara en övernattningsstop på en affärsresa.Bokade ett enda rum som inkluderade frukost.Många parkeringar när jag anlände tidigt på kvällen. Mycket vänlig och effektiv incheckning-- Jag fick inte den unga damens namn!Det enda rummet var lite litet men bekvämt nog för en enda natt.Frukost var bra.Full sortiment av kokta och kontinentala, igen med ett välkomment serviceteam. Poolen såg mycket inbjudan ut, men tyvärr kunde jag inte använda den. I allmänhet, ett bra paket och jag rekommenderar."

"Big shoutout to Rohan and team (Raz, Jimmy, Caylei, Brontë, Nicki) who gave us a welcoming stay at Pine Trees with their friendliness and great hospitality. We got upgraded to a Mansion Room and the room was spacious and cosy, I love the chic homey interior and large screen TV which comes with Netflix.  The food and drinks we had in the Lounge was delicious! We ordered the Steak Burger and the Mac and Cheese.  As we were travelling with 2 huge luggages, Rohan was very kind to send us to our next hotel within Pitlochry. We were very happy with our stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotellets plats är inte den mest tillgängliga, särskilt om du inte kör, vi hade tur att få en taxi till tågstationen.Hotellet ligger i en arvsbyggnad så det finns inga hissar, det rekommenderas att resa ljus. Det vi mest njöt av är vår tid i loungen eftersom det är avkopplande framför brandplatsen.Balkonrummen har också en stor utsikt över den charmiga staden."
