"We spend a night there as a group, and they treated us poorly at the breakfast time, they gathered us in a small cafe and provide us very poor breakfast. And the other guests were having breakfast in another restaurant with more kinds of things than we have. I asked why we are eating here? Can ı see the other room? They didn’t talk at all! They just turned their back and left and the other waiters said something in Italian and laughed. Even if ı don’t know Italian , ı can easily understand if an individual is insulting the other one! It doesn’t matter if you know the language or not, body language is universal!!! It’s a common courtesy to behave the guest in a good way! We told our complaints to reception and they didn’t even listen or try to solve our problems. What kind of customer service is this? I have no idea! If you don’t want to lose your temper early in the morning, please avoid this hotel!"

"All good, for a four star hotel the rooms are a bit so-so given the rooms and the price... little maintenance we had problems with the shower closing, and the bed was made a bit so-so, the rooms are not very soundproof (we could hear both the guy in front snoring and the one next to him talking) for the rest very friendly and helpful there is the possibility of parking in front of the hotel so very convenient and for work it is fine."

"Vi stannade här i Italien förra kvällen eftersom det var nära Florens flygplats (ca 15-30) minuter.Hotellet öppnades just i december 2022 så allt är trevligt och nytt och väl dekorerat. De serverar frukost men det finns inget middagsalternativ och restauranger i närheten är begränsade om du inte har en bil.Jag vill gratulera Aurora som arbetade på frontdesk den dagen vi checkade in. Vi hade ingen bil så att middagen var ett problem men Aurora gick över och utanför för att hjälpa oss att få middag beställd från en leveranstjänst och till och med ställa upp ett fint bord för oss så att vi kunde ha middag i lobbyn.Stor kundservice. Rummet var vackert inredda och en anständig storlek.Parkeringen verkade vara begränsad till några platser på gatan. "

"A truly disappointing experience – definitely not recommended! Our group stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very unpleasant experience, especially during breakfast. We were ushered into a small café area and served a very sparse and limited breakfast, while other guests were enjoying a much more varied breakfast in a separate restaurant. When I asked why we were being treated differently and if I could see the other dining area, the staff offered no response. They simply turned and walked away without a word. Some of the waiters even spoke in Italian and laughed. Even though I don't speak Italian, body language is universal — and it was clear their attitude was disrespectful. We brought our complaints to the front desk, but our concerns were completely ignored, and no solution was offered. No apologies were given, and no consideration was shown. This is simply unacceptable service for a hotel. If you don't want to start your day angry or disappointed, I strongly advise you to avoid this place."

"I review this family-run hotel as I was pleasantly impressed. The structure is located in the historic center of Prato, adjacent to the Duomo and in the nightlife area. The Prato al Serraglio railway station, 150 meters away, is very convenient for moving towards FLORENCE (just 4 stops) or other destinations. Spacious quadruple room and excellent cleanliness.
