"Fabulous value for the money. The staff are so friendly from arriving to going home . Andri and phota and George on reception. When we arrived we was given a sea view room but my son could not fit in the camp bed. We advised the ladies on reception and nothing was too much trouble. We was the allocated a family room and it was massive. 4 beds. It was so much better . The staff was so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. All the staff would do anything to help you to have a fantastic holiday. Beds was very comfortable even though the room was basic. It was very comfortable. Food was great and we could fault it as a family. Always a good choice. I am vegetarian and always found something. The food ever evening has different themes , Cypriot, Asian, Mexican etc. Breakfast was good . Everything from full English to omelettes, pancakes, fruit cereals. Everything for everyone. A good selection. Pool bar fantastic , Hassan, Lewis, Micheal, Rayhan , sohan. All friendly and will do anything to make your holiday. Lewis was a lovely lad from Sheffield. Always very talkative and polite . He is a credit to the hotel. All the waitress staff fantastic. Cleaners are great and friendly especially rashid on the fourth floor. He was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . He is a credit to the hotel . We would definitely come back to this hotel as a family, it’s clean and brilliant value for money. We could not fault it. We have been to Cyprus many times and also stayed at other hotels in protaras . This is just as good as the 4 to 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Please don’t be put off by any bad reviews and come and experience the hotel for yourself . Thank you to all the staff for a fabulous service and excellent hospitality."

"Second time staying at these apartments and coming back in Oct.Stayed in a superior 1 bedroom apt that was on the 3rd floor which i counted 48 steps coming back at night and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues try and request a low floor , the apartments are fabulous with basic cooking facilities and nice walk in showers . There are a couple of minor faults but would not stop me staying here , as i say i am booked here for oct and also next year, the storage space for clothes is quite limited especially if you are there for 2 weeks ,there is a wardrobe with 3 big draws but no bedside cabinets , also there us no clothes airer on balcony so people are putting their washing over the balconys which is a shame as it has just been refurbished ,minor minor faults .The pool area is lovely with great walk in pool that isnt too deep and nice new sunbeds this year that have lovely thick mattresses. CJs run the pool bar and restaurant and the food is as good as anywhere, its that good , all staff in Andreotis and Cjs are very friendly and there are a lot of return customers which says everything and j cant wait for Oct."

"Vanligt 4-stjärnigt hotell, 5-7 minuter till stranden, rummen är inte stora, frukost och middag är inte dåliga. Ett särskilt tack till personalen, Svetlana, Yulia och Miroslava, de hjälpte alltid till med frågor. Och ett särskilt tack till städaren Katerina, hon kom aldrig in i rummet när "stör ej"-läget var påslaget, till skillnad från andra! Min önskan till hotellet, gör något med dem som möter gästerna vid frukost och middag, jag tror att de borde arbeta på en annan plats, eftersom de alltid hade dystra miner :)"

"This is our second visit to this hotel and its just as good as the first time. A few changes since last year which have made it more pleasing to the eye if thats possible. Location is perfect, literally 5 minutes from the beach or steps directly into the clearest sea Protarus strip with bars restaurants and shops is approx 10 minutes walk away. We had a ground floor room this time which was perfect. The rooms are spacious, great aircon, a little kitchen area, a sofa and 2 dressing tables. His and hers sinks and a rain shower to die for. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. Pool towels are in the room when you arrive in a yours to keep beach bag. Outside our room a table and chairs plus 2 soft chairs. A couple of steps to the sunloungers and the hydro pool, perfection. The drinks service around the pool is quick with suggestions for choice of drinks. Food in the hotel is varied with so many choices, the Sunday roast with Yorkshires is gorgeous. Only thing would be please do english sausages and bacon! Like all other reviews the staff are incredible, nothing is too much trouble. For me the hotel has an air of elegance about it with a feeling of making everyone feel so special."

"Vi tog några dagar för att slappna av. Vi valde igen Narcissos hotell eftersom det erbjuder många aktiviteter för oss och vår baby. den allmänna atmosfären på platsen den här tiden på året gör att du känner dig lugn. Faciliteterna på hotellen har kommit igång för fullt och personalen var riktigt bra och hjälpte till med alla speciella önskemål vi hade. Vi kommer definitivt att boka några fler dagar under sommaren eftersom lokala turister är vårt första val. Jag föreslår verkligen det som ett resmål för familjer."

"We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Jade and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The location was perfect, with only a 15-minute walk to Protaras. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and service-minded, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of choices, and the egg station, where you could order your eggs exactly the way you wanted, was definitely one of the highlights. We spent most of our time by the pool, which was always clean, peaceful, and very inviting. Having assigned sun loungers from the very first day was a fantastic touch, as it meant we never had to worry about finding a spot each morning. The pool bar was another great feature, and being able to order delicious, reasonably priced lunches directly to our sun loungers made our pool days even more relaxing. Our sea view room was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. As an extra surprise, the Front Desk Manager upgraded us to a Deluxe Sea View Swim Up Room, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, this stay exceeded all of our expectations. We would rate Sunrise Jade 10/10 and would love to come back in the future!"

"Detta är vårt tredje år som vi bokar semester med detta hotell.Vi är i allmänhet nöjda med boendet och de faciliteter som hotellet erbjuder.Stuff är professionell och snäll.Frukost har en mängd olika saker för alla smaker, Även om gräsmattan inte är den bästa kvaliteten.Maten i huvudrestaurangen (antaeus) är mycket bra och smakfull.En av nackdelarna med hotellet är rummen, vissa rum renoveras inte så detta är en sak som kan förbättras.Slutligen det bästa i Detta hotell är poolen, det är ganska stort och det finns tillräckligt med solsängar runt poolen."

"Just had great family week at Silver sands hotel, we were greeted on arrival by the amazing Mikayla on front desk and swiftly taken through our check in. The rooms were clean and had everything we need to for the week, we asked for extra pillows and the request was completed quickly by house keeping. The food was good, there is a different theme night every night so plenty of choice across week, pool area is clean with plenty of sun beds over the complex, Pool bar was stocked up well and has a large list of drinks available, massage, gym and sauna is available on site and the hotel is just a stones throw to the amazing beach, staff are very friendly and helpful, many’s thanks to Mikayla and Kostas the pool bar manager for giving me and may family an amazing stay."

"The mandali hotel is a clean hotel, cleaners work extremely hard, room was immaculate every day. We went in the height of activity so prataros was as busy as can be, the locals was on there 2 weeks leave, this was evident as there was an influx of locals using the pool with family members blocking all the tables at the pool bar with belongings and sun beds so paying guests had to do with what was left over, on one day there was a fight at the kitchen door right next to the kids pool clearly on view for all guests especially the young kids this happened not only once but on twice. I wrote a email with my concerns I was told it was not the staff members but a delivery driver. Well I witnessed this with several other guests and I can tell you the cause was the driver to start with but the staff member attempted to attack the driver on several occasions. The pool area is too small for the accommodation and sun beds are rare. The hotel allows guests to put towels on beds all day without any guests. The hotel in general was ok. No doubt the hotel will respond to this review but I’m giving my review and my findings, thanks mandali lovely hotel and staff but there is room for improvement. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this hotel but will defo be returning to Cyprus at other hotels we’ve been to in the past."

"From the minute we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed an extension lead so I could use my cpap machine and one was found immediately, even though it was late at night! The next morning we had breakfast which was delicious. We ate at the hotel 3 times in the evening and the food was always delicious…especially the salmon! The beds were comfy, the room was spotless, cleaned on a daily basis. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A very peaceful place to stay and unwind. We would definitely stay here again. Karen and Steve x"
