"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ananta Pushkar. While the property itself has potential, the rooms are quite dated and several fixtures in our room were not functioning properly. However, the biggest issue was the complete lack of hospitality and empathy from the management team. My father suffers from severe knee pain and has difficulty walking. We politely requested a room on the ground floor for his convenience. We were informed that the hotel was sold out in our category. We then requested a room in a lower category on the ground floor and clearly stated that we were happy to downgrade if required. Unfortunately, this request was also declined. What was most disappointing was that another room category was available, but instead of trying to assist us with a medical-related request, we were asked to pay almost double the amount for an upgrade. We were not seeking a luxury upgrade—only a room location that would be more accessible for my father. The attitude of the management, including the General Manager, was neither helpful nor accommodating. At a property that markets itself as a luxury resort, I expected much higher standards of guest care and customer service. As frequent travelers who regularly stay at luxury hotels, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility and empathy shown during our stay. Due to this experience, we decided to move to The Westin Pushkar, where the hospitality, professionalism, and guest service were exceptional and truly reflected what a luxury hotel experience should be. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ananta Pushkar based on our experience."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ananta Resort, Pushkar. The property is beautiful, lush green, and very well maintained. We stayed in the Luxury Cottage, which was spacious and comfortable, though the rooms are beginning to look dated and would benefit from an upgrade. The kids' amenities are limited and can be improved. There was a small mix-up during check-in, but it was handled professionally. A special thanks to Mr. Vinay, Duty Manager, for resolving it promptly and for the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary lunch. The biggest highlight was the restaurant team. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and every meal was delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Chirag for his attentive service, heartfelt thanks to Chef Pradeep and Chef Bhawar for the wonderful food and thoughtful complimentary treats for our daughter. Special thanks to Ms. Bindu for her warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was incredibly kind to our daughter and made her feel extra special. Overall, it's a beautiful property with an exceptional team. Minor hiccups were more than made up for by the genuine warmth and hospitality. We'd be happy to visit again."
