"This newly opened hotel boasts striking architectural design features. I’m particularly fond of its Chinese-style decor, which reminds me so much of the traditional Chinese architecture I saw during my trip to Beijing.
I’d also like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Amn Chan at the front desk. She was extremely kind and helpful in assisting me to locate my lost suitcase.
In a foreign land where we struggled with language barriers, encountering such a professional, linguistically compatible staff member at Crowne Plaza Putian was truly a precious and heartwarming experience. May God bless her with a long and happy life—this I’m certain of."

"The room is spacious and comfy. Front desk service is very nice.
The hotel has free shuttle service to and from hotel to the harbour bay. Just need to call via Trip.com to inform them of your arrival beforehand.
It has laundry room and a small gym, and a convenient store at the ground floor.
Location wise is very near the beach.

"Overall, the hotel was a decent stay with a few drawbacks. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the train station, which is convenient, although the building looks a bit shady from the outside. Inside, however, it’s very clean, the rooms are brand new as well. We arrived at 1am and found it closed, so we had to call to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside was the noise, there were firecrackers and fireworks going off until 5am (likely due to New Year’s Eve), making it hard to sleep. Also, the room only had one towel for two people. Overall, clean and modern, but with some inconveniences."
