"Nice place for the discounted price, and right downtown. Quesnel is a pulp mill town but no odor was noticed in the room. (just noticeable outside) We slept great but light sleepers may be bothered by the noise from the rooftop HVAC unit that is directly below the window of room 303. The ”Full” sized bed was just a double bed but there was also a twin sized bed in the room. The little fridge worked good (no freezer). We didn't try the TV or use the WiFi. Lots of electrical outlets available and they had built-in USB outlets so you only need your charge cable. The bathroom was clean and tidy and had a nice shower (and bathtub), and soap, shampoo and conditioner."

"Jag brukar förlåta när det gäller den här typen av boende. Men jag drar linjen på ett smutsigt badrum som har mycket svart hår i toalett och ett smutsigt toalett. Även ljuset är ganska mörkt i rummet så jag märkte inte förrän i morse att den keramikkupa jag använde för att lägga till vatten till kaffemakaren var smutsig. Tack och lov hade jag tagit med Hortons kopp till min tid. Yuk Jag valde inte att duscha i morse. Min hårfärg är blond och grå."

"房間舒適度很好，中國的商務標準，有熱水壺。但是預訂兩天，為什麼隔天不給打掃衞生。由於回去房間太晚，早上起早離開酒店了，也就沒有告知酒店。"

"The first night of our stay was wonderful, until went down for the breakfast and the pancake machine did not work, is sprayed pancake mix all over the counter, and the remaining selection for the continental breakfast was VERY limited, the second night att about 1230 am a very large and loud group of guests entered the hotel, they were yelling and hollering and slamming door until 420 AM so needless to say no sleep that night, called desk staff at 1240 when it started and they said they would rectify the situation. Well that never happened!!! When I confronted the dssk staff about the issue in the morning, they said it was a large group of guests and there was nothing they could do about it. I said thatbis not right, there were many things they could have done of they chose to do what was required. They said they would have the manager call us and work out a compromise for the night that we endured. 5 days later and still no call!!! We have stayed here before and came back because it was a nice place, but the lack of concern for a dissatisfied customer has made me question any further stays at the Ramad chain of hotels.
