"Min man överraskade mig med eftermiddagste på Grantley Hall, vilket vårdnad.Från det ögonblick vi anlände var varje personal mycket uppmärksam, vänlig och mycket glad att göra hela upplevelsen fantastisk. Maten anlände och wow 10/10, presentationen och smaken var andra till ingen, varje enskild post beskrevs till oss i sin helhet så vi visste exakt vad vi åt och vad vi förväntade oss smakvis. Grantley Hall är verkligen storartat och uppmärksamheten på detaljer är utanför denna värld, vi blev blåsta bort av dess dekoration.Vi rekommenderar starkt att vi kommer tillbaka och nästa gång för en övernattningsresa ❤️"

"We wanted to stay somewhere a little bit rural and cosy but still with easy reach of the nearby bustling towns and cities of Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough ...and this pub/ Hotel ticked all thd boxes and so much more . From the moment we arrived we we're greeted with a friendly front of house team and shown to our beautiful and spotless room. The bed was super comfy and i loved the molten brown products in the bathroom, my absolute favourite. For our evening meal we booked a table for 7pm , we sat next to a roaring log fire and tucked into our home-made fish and chip's which we're so tasty and fresh. Again the staff we so attentive and looked after our every need. Breakfast was out of this world!!! Lets just say we didn't leave feeling hungry..the sausages and black pudding were the best we had ever tasted ..i was told by the waitress everything fresh is locally sourced which is great to hear. Absolute gem of a place..definitely be back in the summer."

"Vi hade en underbar champagne eftermiddagste med vänner som vi bokade efter att ha tittat på TV-programmet.Tjänsten och uppmärksamheten på detaljer är underbar.Alla är så trevliga och hjälpsamma. Även om vi saknade Issacs underbara välkomnande, var vi lyckliga nog att visas en del av hotellet och att prata med Poppy och Nuno som var så informativa. Det är definitivt värt ett nytt besök när det inte är så vindkraftigt så att vi kan tillbringa mer tid att njuta av marken."

"We had the occasion to stay in this hospitality establishment overnight as a stopover en route home. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and very efficient in letting us know what we needed to know and she showed us to our delightful room. The room was well presented with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and the owners had, obviously, spent money on the decor and facilities. We enjoyed our dinner with good service (the same lady who checked us in) with helpful recommendations from her. Our pre-dinner drinks were outside although, unfortunately, there were no cushions on the sofas, etc. Breakfast was served at a reasonable hour the next morning although there was only one serving lady who looked rather sullen who appeared to not want to be there. Upon reading the limited menu, it seemed as though there would be up to a 40-minute wait during peak times. Serving at the most 7 people, I do not consider to be "peak times" yet we still had to wait which could have been made more palatable (please excuse the pun!) if they had served the toast during that wait time. The major concern regarding our stay was the insistence of applying a 10% service upfront where we had to suggest that we did not want to pay. This was, particularly, annoying when we found out that the imposed service charge did not, even, go to the serving staff. This is a practice now which is widespread throughout the hospitality sector and it is up to the guest to challenge it every time to have it taken off. The hospitality establishment does not indicate upfront when booking that they apply this so-called discretionary service charge. However, given the above, we would stay here again but fully aware that we need to challenge the imposed service charge."
