Rummet är tillräckligt stort och bekvämt, men den inre värmemaskinen är dålig.Det är kallt i dessa dagar, nära noll.Lyckligtvis har hotellet en mobil värmemaskine som kan levereras till oss.Problemet är löst!"

Frukost är i huvudbyggnaden, vilket kan vara obekvämt för vissa människor, om du får rum i den andra.Det är ganska stort område. Jag hittade ingen information om bastu, det skrevs där det är dags för män (5pm - 8pm), finns det ingen tid för kvinnor?I slutändan hade jag inte tid att använda den, men skulle vara trevligt, att ha en förklaring. Platsen är mycket bra, du kan bara ta din cykel, skidor, snösko och gå för ditt äventyr.Vill du stanna mer, två nätter var inte tillräckligt. "It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket."

"I stayed at the Holiday Club cottage facility. It was difficult to find at first, as the buildings were all similar. However, the facilities on the premises were listed on Google Maps, so I was able to find it by following the map. I booked this hotel because it was convenient, as express buses depart and arrive at the Holiday Club. It also had a sauna, a unique feature of Finland, which I enjoyed while waiting for the Northern Lights. I cooked my own meals during my stay, and there was a supermarket nearby for easy grocery and alcohol purchases. There were no condiments or seasonings, so buying them was a hassle. It would have been nice if there was a service that allowed me to use the condiments left by previous guests, even if I didn't leave them in my room, as it would be a waste if my stay was short. I was amazed to see the Northern Lights around 3:00 AM, just a three-minute walk away."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."
