"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."

"Det jag älskade var platsen, vänliga och hjälpsamma mottagare, allt fungerade bra. Rummet är lite gammalt, men det är tjusigt och rent... Jag kan bara säga att pälsen och matten inte var så bekväm. Frukost är i huvudbyggnaden, vilket kan vara obekvämt för vissa människor, om du får rum i den andra.Det är ganska stort område. Jag hittade ingen information om bastu, det skrevs där det är dags för män (5pm - 8pm), finns det ingen tid för kvinnor?I slutändan hade jag inte tid att använda den, men skulle vara trevligt, att ha en förklaring. Platsen är mycket bra, du kan bara ta din cykel, skidor, snösko och gå för ditt äventyr.Vill du stanna mer, två nätter var inte tillräckligt. Lägg till:Jag tror att de har ett stort x-mas träd hela året i huvudbyggnaden 😀."

"Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!"

"It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket."
