"Clean and good accommodation."

"The accommodation was beautiful, and the staff were polite throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room significantly affected our experience. From the moment we entered, we noticed a large fly, clumps of hair, dust, and what appeared to be a toothpaste stain on the bathroom door. Housekeeping came to vacuum some part of the floor when we reported it, but what was particularly frustrating was the fly and that we were not allowed to change to the room with no fly, which felt unusual given the circumstances. Instead, we were told someone could come and deal with the fly. As a result, we handle the situation ourselves, which was exhausting. The staff sent some fruits as an apology which we appreciated; however, the overall issue could have been resolved more comfortably with a room change. With better attention to cleanliness and more flexibility in situations like this, the experience would have been much improved."

"The hotel is good, clean, the rooms are new, and have complete amenities. Booking closer to the date is a bit expensive, but it's worth the price."
