"Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! I am amazed at the good comments that some have written!"

"I am not exactly the person that i write reviews to places i have gone but i have to for this one. I spent a very nice weekend there, the hotel was amazing but the second day we had some issues with the noise in the next room and the stuff took care of that immediately and offered to change us room even without us compaining about it. Those was some good reflexes.Bravo"

"It was a hotel arranged by the tour company. ***The hotel was lovely. Ms. Sultan was very attentive and spoke Turkish, she was very helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. There is a pool, but we couldn't sit by the pool in the evening because of mosquitoes. The breakfast was a buffet and very good, only the tea didn't suit our taste at all, we experience the same problem in every hotel we go to in Greece. They said it's especially due to water problems on the islands. It's far from the sea and the neighborhood isn't lively at all. It's very difficult to find a nice place to have dinner on foot, so we were very bored in the evening."

"Vi älskade en lugn vecka här, bra mat, bekväma rum och en super plats, bara en 15-minuters promenad ner till stan (det finns en stegad väg till poolen) och bara 5 euro för att ta tillbaka fyra av oss: ) Restaurangpersonalen var mycket uppmärksam, laddningar av val för frukost (ägg och bacon lagade för beställning) och en utmärkt buffémiddag på 20 €. Poolen var rymlig och varm med massor av lounger.Det fanns bussservice till några lokala stränder också. Vi hade en bil och älskade Psili Ammos (25 minuter) som var en fantastisk, bred, sandbassäng med lugnt, kallt vatten och några vackra platser för lunch och löst.Och en vacker utsikt över Turkiet och en stor supermarknadsruta. Fel vi gjorde genom att flytta till öns SW till ett annat hotell och plats - borde ha stannat på det vackra Arion Hotel!!"

"Hotellet ligger bara en mycket kort promenad från sin privata strand.Det finns ett vackert hamnområde nära med tavernor och barer och stadsplatsen är bra för en kvälls promenad med massor av kaféer och tavernor för att njuta av en kvällsdryck eller en bit att äta. Samos är vacker och det är värt att hyra en bil för att utforska ön.Hotellet självt är spottlöst, rummen är moderna, rena och rymliga.Personalen är underbart uppslagen och snäll och inget är för mycket problem. Caterina är en solstråla och verkligen hjälpsam.Maten är mycket smakfull med en mängd olika sorter som erbjuder äkta grekiska måltider och andra alternativ som pizza, pasta osv. De har också teman kvällar och lätt avslappnande underhållning. Vi har haft den underbaraste vistelsen och kommer att titta tillbaka på denna semester med många fina minnen."

"Stayed here in July . All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Owner kept himself to himself . Room was adequate but a little overpriced. People saying how peaceful and tranquil it is must have had a different experience to us as the noise from Tsamadou beach bar was horrendous on a couple of occasions and it was constant every day during our two week stay. I do appreciate its not the hotels fault but something really should be done about it. Very close to a busy road. Kokkari was lovely , some excellent restaurants and bars all at very reasonable prices. Would definitely go to Samos again but would stay elsewhere . I know the hotel has a lot of returning customers and some get upset about negative reviews but the comments are not meant to be complaints but observations that could be improved on. One reviewer said a comment about coat hangers being negative , it was an observation and maybe the owner will look at it and say , ok I'll put some more in. Dont take it personally !!"

"We highly recommend a stay in this lovely family run hotel in Kampos. All guests receive a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms benefit from air conditioning and are fresh and very clean. The pool is immaculately maintained and has an inviting poolside bar which is popular with guests, especially for pre- and post- dinner drinks. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of choice of fresh ingredients and home made products. There is an inviting lunch menu of delicious snacks and salads. On Saturday nights the family organise a fantastic BBQ with succulent, locally-sourced meats and an array of tasty Greek accompaniments. The hotel garden is a delight with many interesting plants and an impressive palm tree by the pool. The position of the hotel could not be better. In 5 minutes you can be on the beach and in either direction you have a wide choice of beach bars, cafes and restaurants. We are returning for our 7th visit next year."

"We found the hotel manager to be extremely helpful and accommodating to our every request! The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and welcoming. Breakfast was truly inviting: every morning there was something different to complement the usual offerings. The hotel manager was always ready to refill the buffet trays, ensuring we never lacked anything, and the desserts were truly delicious. Parking for our rental car was very convenient, and the directions and suggestions for places to visit that Manos, the hotel manager, offered were very helpful. "Stor plats, bra storlekar, rena och bekväma.Söt utsikt över bassäng.Tjänst ganska bra mat de flesta dagar och grekisk natt görs mycket bra och värt att delta. Enkel gå till Kokkari som har en trevlig känsla av det med några butiker och en bra rad restauranger, barer och caféer.Hotellet erbjuder en busstjänst som körs till klockan fem om du inte känner dig som att gå upp på kullen. Bra ställe och skulle vara glad att gå tillbaka till hotellet."

"Min syster och jag har precis kommit tillbaka från tio dagar.Vi kan inte säga tillräckligt bra saker om detta hotell, och personalen, som arbetade tröttsamt för att se till att allt var perfekt. Platsen, som var i bergen, var så lugn, vid många tillfällen hade vi poolen för oss själva, och det kändes mer som en välbefinnande pension.Frukost inkluderades och valet var stort. Lunch och middag kunde tas på terrassen, utsikt över havet, och var vackert närvarande och smakfull.Allt var oskyldigt ren och väl underhållet.Rummet vi hade var stort, med stor utsikt över havet och serverades dagligen. Toaletter inkluderades.Vår högsta recension går dock till Yiannis, chefen.Han var inte så bra, han var alltid där, hjälpte oss, inget var för mycket problem, och allt vi bad om blev omedelbart tillhandahållen. Yiannis, gick över och över varje tillfälle.Vi kommer säkert tillbaka nästa år."
