"一切都還算滿意，房間也很大挺乾淨，就是有點老舊。不足的是，12點多了，兩個前台辦理入住等了半小時，前面也就一位客人，我在辦理的時候也弄了半天，一邊幫我辦理，一邊還接客房服務電話那種，還有跟外賣員説話之類的，感覺很不專業，這種瑣碎事情保安不能做嗎？客房送東西，沒有客房部嗎？已經趕路大半夜了，感覺前台入住就耽誤這麼久，有點不舒服，而且前台也不會説抱歉之類的話。"

It’s not about money but about this bad behavior with customer. Later, after I argued about it, they refund this money."
