"We came off-season; the hotel was empty, beautiful architecture, very clean, and quiet. Our room (the cheapest) directly overlooked the parking lot. Power outages abounded, no upgrades or other assistance was offered, and the hot water came and went, unbearably. The breakfast was simple, but the dining room was pleasant. In season, it must be very, very noisy. The hotel is far from everything; a car is essential. In short, I wouldn't come back, too bad."

Chic, understated, and full of beautiful churches, piazzas, gourmet restaurants, grand boulevards, and lovely nearby beaches, Sciacca is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday!!! When in Sciacca, you must stay at La Paloma Blanca, a family-run, 4-star hotel, just a stone's throw from the town center. Owners Francesca and her husband go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, down to every detail (the homemade jams at breakfast are amazing.) Fabio at the front desk provides spot-on recommendation on what to see, and where to dine. Make sure to get a room with a terrace so you can lounge and enjoy the scenic view. Note: the hotel is an ideal place for solo travelers, super welcoming!"

"We visited this hotel as a group of 33 people to attend the carnival activities. The place was really clean and well kept. The breakfast was abundant and caters for lactose intolerance. The owner and staff (especially Gaspare) were very helpful in organising an alternative activity since the carnival was cancelled. Highly recommended!"

"Casa Dell Aromatario är modern, ljusfylld, vackert dekorerad med växter och har alla rätta kontakter.Det verkar som om ingen kostnad sparades vid byggandet av B&B från en gammal kyrkofastighet. Rummet där du äter frukost har klippts ut ur stenen och är en arkitektonisk skönhet.Även om det var för kallt att utnyttja taket terrass ser det perfekt för sent eftermiddagsdrycker eller bara lounge och ta utsikt. Men det som gör denna plats speciell är värdarna, Silvio och hans bror Carmelo. De är de mest logivande och hjälpsamma värdarna med restaurangrekommendationer och annan information och kommer att göra allt för att göra ditt besök så bekvämt och njutbart som möjligt."

"Savitrice Tyvärr min erfarenhet var mycket besviken. Den enda positiva aspekten var matsalen, som jag hittade bekväm, frukost och god middag. För resten, jag hittade flera problem. Allmän rengöring lämnade mycket att önska och badrummet hade en allvarlig olägenheter: toalettens avlopp fungerade inte. ägaren ingrep för att försöka reparera, men misslyckades, vilket lämnade problemet olöst. För att kunna släppa ut vatten var vi tvungna att öppna kassaskåpet och manuellt ställa ut urladdningsmekanismen, bidet och duschen full av kalk. Dessutom kunde vi inte utnyttja poolen, eftersom sovrumen var smutsiga och inte i lämpliga förhållanden för användning, var vattnet inte alls vackert. En annan orsak till missnöje var betalningen. efter att ha gjort det via POS jag glömde att begära mottagning . Jag kontaktade sedan ägaren via WhatsApp och bad om ett foto av mottagning (som om begäran bör släppas ) av POS att skicka mig. Meddelandet visades, men jag fick inget svar för den begärda dokumentationen. Jag känner inte att rekommendera denna struktur."

"De Gregorio Suites is a hidden gem in old Sciacca. A very spacious and elegant two room suite awaited us at the top (3rd floor) of a spiral marble staircase (pack light!). We were greeted by the host who helped us navigate Sciacca's narrow, one-way streets to find the hotel. Don't hesitate to take up his offer to help direct you once you are Sciacca. Also take the host's recommendation for restaurants. Although there is no on-site parking, a public carpark is very close-by: tickets sold in the coffee shop adjacent to the carpark. Next time we'll stay longer to see more of what beautiful Sciacca has to offer."

"This hotel is located right next to the ZTL (limited traffic zone). It doesn't have its own parking, but there are several free or blue-lined parking lots nearby. Mr. Raffaele welcomed us with courtesy and professionalism. The room we booked was a superior room on the second floor (there are three floors, but the elevator goes all the way to the second). It was large, spacious, and recently renovated, with a beautiful bathroom, excellent toiletries, a small hairdryer (if you need a more powerful one, you can request one at reception), and a large minibar. We had a wonderful rest! The breakfast was simple, but also included gluten-free options. The price was fair for the quality of the stay. Highly recommended!"

"This was our first holiday as a family. We had selected Verdura due to its hospitality reputation particularly with children and it exceeded expectations. Sicilians in general were so incredibly welcoming and enamoured by our baby. The staff of Verdura went above and beyond at every step. On arrival we had a warm welcome and were brought straight to our restaurant booking that they had held for us despite being late from the airport. They treated us like special guests and were amazing with our baby daughter. Although I will do separate reviews for the restaurants the food at Osteria and Amare was outstanding and the service matched the quality of the food and drinks. Our room had a beautiful view, staff were keen to accommodate all our needs. We were provided with so many necessary items for a baby. These included a travel cot, mattress and bedding, a steriliser, a baby bath tub, wipes, nappy bin, bottle warmer, play mat, cuddly toy and baby slippers. They even gave us soap and a sponge on request to wash our bottles before sterilising. Breakfast was lovely, we were always greeted as a three with our baby enjoying the extra warm welcome from the staff. There was no question the hotel resort was stunning but it was the staff that made it the most hospitable holiday we have ever had. They were so friendly and accommodating. There were too many names to remember but Claudia set the tone with the warmest of welcomes and Filippo gave us a lovely cocktail experience to end our stay. We will never forget our first family holiday and hope to return soon."

"Great place, great people! We were warmly welcomed by Emanuela and Daniele, the owners, for our two nights get-away in Sciacca. The room allocated was a crisp white comfortable room with a double patio (great for the Sicilian summer). Manicured garden all around and a discreet but efficient staff made us feel immediately at home. The place is literally by the sea! Abundant breakfast served with a twist of originality. A great suggestion for who wishes to explore Sciacca and nearby points of interest (plenty of it). Peace and tranquility.
