"We came off-season; the hotel was empty, beautiful architecture, very clean, and quiet. Our room (the cheapest) directly overlooked the parking lot. Power outages abounded, no upgrades or other assistance was offered, and the hot water came and went, unbearably. The breakfast was simple, but the dining room was pleasant. In season, it must be very, very noisy. The hotel is far from everything; a car is essential. In short, I wouldn't come back, too bad."

"En vacker upplevelse i hjärtat av Sjacca. Fazio Rooms är en liten smycke där man andas vård, lugn och äkta gästfrihet. Rummen är mysiga, mycket rena och välskött i varje detalj, en plats där det är trevligt att återvända efter en dag till stadens upptäckt. Ägarnas vänlighet och tillgänglighet gör vistelsen ännu mer speciell: du känner dig välkomna med värme och uppmärksamhet, precis som hemma. Frukost är en riktigt trevlig tidpunkt, med bra produkter och så mycket omsorg i förberedelserna. Enda synd ... kaffe etc att ta i maskinen. Platsen är perfekt för att leva Sjacka, mellan stenar, historia och skönhet i centrum. En plats som lämnar en bra minne och som jag starkt rekommenderar till dem som inte bara söker boende, utan en upplevelse av komfort, vänlighet och äkta siciliansk gästfrihet. 🌿"

"We stayed here during our wedding in Sciacca at their vineyard just out of town and host Giuseppe made us feel like complete royalty. We had one of their signature bottles of wine on arrival, the rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful and the balcony’s looked over the winding alleyways of Sciacca; beautiful for photos. The stairs gave us a bit of fear knowing we had a 30kg suitcase in tow, but Giuseppe helped us every step of the way and was so accommodating. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. Also location couldn’t have been more perfect being above the best restaurant in town and a stone throw from the main square."

"I was really disappointed, I was expecting a hotel with the option to add breakfast but really it was just an apartment with the bare minimum. We weren't offered the option of breakfast and the restaurant was always closed. When we got to the room, the quality was poor. The kitchen was basically falling apart and we barely had enough utensils to cook with (no kitchen knife for preparing). There was no microwave or oven, just a hob. We were given half a bottle of washing up liquid and one bin liner for each bin so we had to go out shopping to buy more essentials for the room. The balcony was always covered in dried bird poo, I was constantly sweeping to clear it and didn't risk hanging any washing outside in case it got covered. When we arrived there was a dead bird on the balcony (it looked like it had been there for a while) surrounded by lots of bird poo which I had to get rid off myself. WiFi was very poor, didn't work for the first days and when you could get it working, you would lose connection quickly. It was very quiet while we were there, many people were using it as an apartment and went out during the day so we did have the pool to ourselves. The bar at the pool was closed the lifeguard manly chilled behind the bar. He would close the pool around 1ish (by using a rope to block the entrance) but said we could keep using the pool with no lifeguard. The reception was basically closed. When we arrived we had to let them know we were on our way so they could be there but as soon as we checked in they left. Checkout was 10 am so we were ready at reception to check out and no one came even though the Reception was supposed to be open. We received a message telling us to leave the key in the room. One positive about the hotel is the views, it has some beautiful views of Sciacca and is in a very peaceful location. Only a 5/10 min drive from central Sciacca."

De hjälpte oss inte bara att hitta hans morfars morfars hem, utan också hans farfars morfars hem i Augusta.De gick både över och utanför och vi är evigt tacksamma!"

"- Ett utmärkt boutiquehotell. Vi hade ett rum med havsutsikt och det var fantastiskt - gratis välkomstdrink erbjöds på hotellrelaterad restaurang “Vela” som också hade en smakmeny som vi tyvärr inte hade tid att utforska men skulle ha älskat att försöka - vi var så upphetsade vi Försökte stanna en extra natt men hotellet var fullt.Mycket bra värde för det pris som betalades - vi skulle leva för att besöka!"

"Just had a lovely week at Il Marchese - we found the staff to be fantastic, particularly Elviro who provided an excellent breakfast every morning and was so helpful! The pool area is lovely - sun beds perhaps not the best though. You can get great paninis and focaccia through the day and there is a pool bar. The hotel is in such a peaceful location although you definitely need a car as there isn’t too much close by. The room was a good size but I can’t give 5 stars as we had a couple of issues - the shower didn’t work very well and we often had to hold the operating knob so it would stay on. We also had a problem with the toilet not re-filling but we were able to fix it. There were quite a few ants at one point but the cleaners put an ant trap in the room which helped. We got massages on two occasions and they were lovely! We didn’t use the spa but we saw the facilities whilst getting the massages and it looked like a nice area. We tried to book a joint spa session (80 Euro per couple for two hours) but we were told it was only available for a private booking which was 160 - we thought that was a bit expensive. All in all, we had a lovely stay and the staff were very accommodating. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet location with the option to go to busy Sciacca which is about a 10 minute drive away."

"This hotel is located right next to the ZTL (limited traffic zone). It doesn't have its own parking, but there are several free or blue-lined parking lots nearby. Mr. Raffaele welcomed us with courtesy and professionalism. The room we booked was a superior room on the second floor (there are three floors, but the elevator goes all the way to the second). It was large, spacious, and recently renovated, with a beautiful bathroom, excellent toiletries, a small hairdryer (if you need a more powerful one, you can request one at reception), and a large minibar. We had a wonderful rest! The breakfast was simple, but also included gluten-free options. The price was fair for the quality of the stay. Highly recommended!"
