"Staff very rude, one saying one thing and another something else all over a fan, the night team gentleman clearly thinks he should have another job. white lies over a empty hotel and a shortage of weak fans on a hot night. my boyfriend who doesnt like a fuss asked he got told something completely different i had to go down and speak instead, pathetic behaviour"

"部屋にケトルがないのが少し残念。 　パリ市内のホテルと比べてかなり清潔なように感じた。トイレは別でドアがあり、シャワーも綺麗だった。エレベーターもすぐくるので良かった。隣にレストランがあって22:00まで入れるのがありがたかった。 　立地も、ディズニーまでバスで20分ぐらいの位置にあってとても良かった。"

"Bra läge. Granne med ett stort köpcentrum, gå igenom och du har mycket enkel tillgång till Disney och Paris. Vänlig personal, lugnt hotell, härligt på nedervåningen. Endast fel skulle vara korridorer etc är lite daterade, men det är ett hotell som passar precis vad vi behövde till ett bra pris. Kommer definitivt tillbaka hit när jag är i området igen och rekommenderar till min familj och vänner"

"The best feature of the aparthotel is the lovely staff and its location - it’s walking distance to Disney, it’s right beside the Val d’Europe mall which is also next door to La Vallée Village shopping outlet and the Val d’Europe rail station for the RER A train straight to CDG airport and Paris. The downside is that we had no airconditioning or fans on possibly the hottest week in France but for the price (which is well less than half if you booked a Disney partner hotel!) it was worth it - the bedroom and the lounge (with the comfy and easy pull-out sofa bed) both had double doors that opens up so we were still able to let some cool air in. All basic stuff we need were there like dinnerware, cutlery, pots/pans, kettle, fridge and induction hob. Our room also had a large balcony with table and chairs and so we were able to have dinner outside some evenings. Overall great value for money and we will use again."

"Loved this hotel from the Halloween decorations in the reception area all decorated for Halloween , friendly staff and a very clean look throughout the hotel , my room was amazing as was like a mini apartment with fridge , microwave , cooker and even a dishwasher , I also had a balcony so in the summer it would be amazing to sit outside ,the room was very clean and the pillows probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a bed The main reason I booked this as it was close to Disneyland and each day I walked there and it was literally 3 roads and your in Disney and was so so easy and saved the stress and worry of buses or taxis If I ever go back to Disneyland Paris again this hotel is first on my list , if it was the middle of summer they have a pool They have a few handy areas for drink and food if you need anything and just round the corner is a big food court and shops so really it’s perfect One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in , I felt very warm and comfortable there for the 4 nights I stayed"
