"Overall bad experience. In the beginning they didn’t know that the rooms were paid upfront and asked for an additional deposit. The room had a nice design but it was not well-maintained and not clean. The room door was obviously forcefully opened and only basically repaired. It did not leave the impression that it was really secure. The dining restaurant was quite dirty and not similar to the pictures that only show the breakfast room. If you wanna visit the Nüwa Palace the location is perfect but don’t expect too much from the hotel. I assume there are more convenient places for a more reasonable price."

"房間乾淨整潔，緊鄰廣府古城，很好停車，前台服務貼心，早晨急急忙忙退房時把手機落在房間，我們已驅車到林州紅旗渠，有邯鄲電話打過來，開始還不願意接，想到剛從邯鄲旅遊出來還是接一下吧，這才知道手機丟酒店了，很感謝酒店工作人員的拾金不昧，服務一流，你們棒棒噠。可惜入住離開都沒有拍酒店照片，這是一點小遺憾"

"酒店非常乾淨，從卧室到衞生間幾乎沒有衞生死角，入住時正好看到服務員打掃旁邊的房間，在蹲着擦地，消毒，地下一塵不染。酒店的早餐也不錯，當地的拽麪好吃，水果也很新鮮。必須要誇一下前台接待的服務員，熱情細緻，看到我的身份證沒有外面的套特意幫忙找了一個保護套裝上，回到家才發現，心理暖暖的，這一路去了多家酒店都沒有人注意，全季酒店前台的小姑娘這個舉動真是感動到我了。希望酒店領導能看到這個評價，能給前台的服務員加雞腿🍗，這樣的員工太優秀。"

"必須好評，酒店性價比極高，雖説設施可能有些陳舊，但是服務特別好！重點表揚2月19日晚前台的小姐姐，服務特別熱情，辦理完入住之後，在門口碰見服務人員，會用對講機跟我們住宿樓的的服務生姐姐通知哪個房間客人準備入住，客服部的服務生姐姐會提前把房間的燈，還有空調打開，進房間暖暖的，很棒，很細心"
