Hon flyttade oss till ett annat rum igen, den här gången på andra våningen #211.Det var omkring 9:00 och vi var trötta på att köra hela dagen.När jag kom till rummet, hade både dyken och röret stått vatten i dem37413; 281; uppenbarligen ett avloppsproblem. Detta var det tredje rummet och vi var inte intresserade av att se några fler rum.Vi bad Gabriella om en återbetalning eftersom vi inte skulle kunna stanna där efter tre försök att få ett lämpligt rum. The breakfast variety is also more abundant, and the fruits include a mixed platter of cut grapes, blueberries and strawberries for self-service. However, the room assigned to us was not a city view room, but the other side. As a result, the noise of the cars was too loud at night and we couldn't sleep well. We asked to change rooms, but there were no vacancies, so we just had to make do with it for one night."

At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible."
