However, the receptionist said he had actually wanted to cancel the room but had seen that it had already been paid for – somewhat irritating, as I had informed the hotel by email beforehand that we would be arriving very late. Another thing I didn't like was the €18 parking fee for the underground garage. In my opinion, that's too high. Otherwise, check-in was smooth and the reception was friendly."

The reason is that when my daughters made a reservation for a hotel during their trip, they made a reservation for free luggage storage service. I made a reservation. When my daughters arrived and checked in, they told me to tell them again about the situation and requested it, but they asked me to tell them again when checking out. "The location of this hotel is perfect. The streets were beautiful, there are little cafes everywhere and it’s only 20mins walk to the city centre. So we didn’t have to worry about drunks or beggars hanging around. I had the luxury of walking around on my own, tried out a couple of cafes, mostly the one right opposite this hotel. LOVEEE the vibe 😍. I totally recommend this hotel! Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures of the hotel but I did have a picture of the cafe that was opposite this hotel. The vibe was beautiful!"
