"Faciliteterna är väldigt smutsiga. Dusch och toalett är kombinerade, men man måste öppna en dörr från toaletten och gå in för att nå duschen. Papperskorgen finns dock bara i badrummet, så lukten fortsätter att väva in medan man duschar. Pyjamas eller tofflor tillhandahålls inte. Vid incheckningen betalade jag en deposition på 20 dollar med kreditkort för passerkortet. Eftersom boendet ligger precis framför ett livligt centrumområde kan man höra höga ljud från barer och pubar utanför fram till klockan 02.00 på fredagskvällarna. Wi-Fi-nätterna på rummet är opålitliga, så många går ut för att använda sina telefoner."

Not very convenient for guests with cars, kids, or elderly family members. Nevertheless, the room was cozy and comfortable."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the Partial Harbour View room. Based on the room category and additional cost, I expected a clearer view of Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, or even the Opera House. In reality, the harbour view was very limited and mostly blocked by surrounding buildings. I could hardly see the Harbour Bridge not to mention the to see the Opera House at all."

"I genuinely do not understand how this hotel can charge premium prices while operating at such an embarrassingly low standard. We stayed here for 9 nights and paid nearly $5,000 USD, and honestly this was one of the dirtiest and most poorly managed hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of hygiene is absolutely disgusting. The hallways are dirty, the rooms are dirty, the windows are filthy, the floors constantly feel dusty, and housekeeping clearly has no idea what they are doing. The bathroom was the perfect example of this disaster. On day one there was a toothpick lying on the bathroom floor. I left it there intentionally just to see if anyone would properly clean the bathroom. After 9 days, the same toothpick was still there 😄 Nine days. Same place. Same toothpick. That alone tells you everything about the “cleaning” in this hotel. Dust everywhere, TVs that look like they have not been wiped in years, dirty windows, terrible housekeeping standards — the entire hotel feels neglected and badly managed. And somehow after paying thousands of dollars for a room, guests are expected to BUY a charging adapter from reception for $25. Seriously? A hotel charging these prices cannot even provide basic essentials for guests? There are tea bags in the room, but no teaspoons. That perfectly summarizes the level of logic and management in this place. Now let’s talk about the so-called “restaurant.” Honestly, calling it a restaurant is an insult to actual restaurants. It is a cafeteria at best. The breakfast never changed once in 9 days. The exact same stale pastries every morning. I genuinely did not know it was possible to find bread this old every single day 😄 The quality of ingredients is horrible. For a hotel supposedly targeting international guests and people with above-average income, the food quality is honestly shocking. And the most disgusting part — the chocolate fountain. I will attach photos because there is visible mold inside the machine. Mold. In a hotel full of families and children. Who exactly is responsible if someone gets food poisoning from this? The only positive things in the entire hotel are the pool and the gym. Those areas are actually nice and seem to be maintained by people who care. Everything else feels like a hotel completely abandoned by management. Even the elevators are a disaster. Guests constantly stand there confused because the key card system barely works properly and nobody understands how the elevators are supposed to function. At this point even the staff look mentally exhausted from dealing with endless complaints all day long. This hotel has potential, but it is being destroyed by terrible management, unacceptable hygiene standards, and complete lack of professionalism. If ownership actually cares about the future of this business, they seriously need to replace management before the reputation of this hotel is ruined completely."

"Having seen the lovely pics I decided to come and stay here as it promised a peaceful experience. Not so! After climbing an extremely steep - dangerous I would say - driveway, a note directed me to a room out on the side of the property. Stuck away in a dark corner because of the overhanging balcony, I took one look inside the dark, small and musty room I decided this was not what I had in mind when booking! I asked the owner if they had another room and I was told this was the only one they were renting. So all the other photos must be old, possibly when still managed by other owners. The 'garden' is a strip of beautiful plants on the side with a metal table and 2 chairs but where one couldn't possibly sit due to the noise of the main arterial road right below. So the only option would have been to stay in the room with the window closed tight and the lights on. This is not far from false advertising..."
