Two security guards were on duty at the main entrance, suggesting the area's security is generally poor at night. Local guests on each floor occasionally left their rooms and made phone calls down the hallway, creating a sense of insecurity. Most of the local guests I encountered in the elevator gave off a hostile impression. The front desk staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful, and the two security guards at the main entrance were also very polite and responsive. A thumbs-up."
