"My stay at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay was absolutely delightful. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city – whether it's for shopping, sightseeing, or visiting nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the Executive Lounge; its elegant and comfortable ambiance, coupled with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the stunning Tokyo Bay, was simply breathtaking. During the day, I enjoyed the expansive sea views and watching the boats go by, while at night, the dazzling bay city lights created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The food and beverage offerings in the lounge were also top-notch, from afternoon tea to light evening meals, everything contributed to a sense of relaxation and enjoyment. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. Overall, whether you're traveling for business or a family vacation, this hotel is highly recommendable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo."

There is no check-in lobby so make sure you have the elevator and door code ready before you arrive. The shower did not have a curtain so I was trying not to wet the floor. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. Wifi is also very fast and good. This is a good hotel in Sumida."

"Check-in was easy, with clear instructions. Staff welcomed us and talked us through the facilities and some procedures, though I don't quite understand why he said no photo of shower room. Space of twin-room is rather tight, the bunk beds at level 2 would be more spacious. Heater, TV, Wi-Fi works well, and the fridge is large. Pillow and bed are soft. No daily change of towel or clean up of room, wasn't sure is there an option to request for it. Room for improvement for the cleanliness of common area's facilities. There's lots of shoes at the racks, but it doesn't tally with the number of guests inside, looks a bit cluttered. Good location near to the train station and shopping streets, and room rate is quite value for money."

It might not be ideal for those who want to frequently visit the city center. 4) You can enjoy walks around the hotel, and the Tokyo Bay night view is a definite bonus. 5) Remember to bring a travel adapter, as Japanese outlets are different."

"Detta hotell erbjuder fantastiskt prisvärde! Det ligger bara en kort promenad från Nishi-Kasai station. Även om det inte är lika bekvämt att resa som att bo nära Tokyo station, är det mycket behagligare att bo här om man inte har bråttom. Rummen är större och priserna är lägre. Med Tozai-linjen och en promenad tar det ändå bara runt 30 minuter att ta sig dit man vill. Precis utanför hotellet finns ett Matsumoto Kiyoshi apotek, som är lugnare, har ett stort utbud och är perfekt att strosa runt i. Härifrån kan man ta fem buss-stopp till Nishi-Kasai Rinkai Park där man kan utforska strandkanten och leka vid havet. Barnen kan spendera en hel dag där, det är roligare än att shoppa eller besöka Disneyland! Kom dock ihåg solskydd."
