"We extended our stay a few times, and each time we were required to make a $100 deposit for incidentals ( to be returned in up to 7 days if not used). Since we did not make any incidental or other charges, this repeated charge only drained our account and held the $100, making our hard-earned money unavailable to us. The property said it was company policy. The company says it's the policy of independent owners. Regardless, what is the purpose of repeatedly holding an extra $100 if guests want to extend the stay and there are no incidental charges for the current stay? If you must charge the $100 which we feel is necessary every time, how about a policy of one $100 charge for the first stay and replenishing or extending the $100 incidental charge (i.e., don't charge an extra $100 for an extension if the first $100 wasn't used or only partially used). Just let the original $100 roll over to the extended stay (if there were no incidental charges during the original stay) or only replenish the charge up to $100 if part of the original $100 was used (i.e., only charge enough to make $100). This way, your guests who are supposed to be your most valuable asset won't be made to feel they are being nickeled and dimed just for the convenience of an unfair or inequitable policy no one in authority appears to want to address. To address my concern would only take a small one-time programming change -- don't you agree"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Miyako hotel. The hotel is at a great location, close to highway and restaurants. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing we wished is that the gym can equip with weights."

"通過攜程訂的房間，我看了一下應該是該樓層最小、最奇怪的房型。床品還行，設施非常老舊 可能酒店比較老，窗户上開了個洞裝了類似於空調的裝置，幾乎沒有隔音，感覺住在街上因為位於醫院隔壁，半夜有救護車🚑穿梭。 位置在9街附近，西雅圖市區也不是很大… 附近有超市和便利。 值得一提的是餐廳，兩家水準都很不錯，服務來講，有需要的時候前台電話永遠沒有打通過… 衞生還行，床品也還行 酒店valet parking 60刀一晚，街對面共同停車場自停即可，便宜很多"

"We booked the largest king room with sofa bed and kitchen. Unfortunately, its windows were to the street - not a highway, but pretty noisy 24/7. In general, it was clean, but my grey socks and legs were black after about an hour of gathering and repacking luggage. Breakfast - amazing. Eggs, sausages, bacon and hash browns. Hot oatmeal and waffles available (the latter with different flavors). Starbucks coffee with many options (I used only black Americano though). A lot of toppings , fresh fruits, etc. Overall - super. Tee and coffee are available 24/7 near reception (breakfast area is on the 2nd floor). Laundry - outdated and contains only one set of appliances, but pretty cheap (＜ $3 for the full cycle and quite fast (kind of 45+45 for gentle)."

"No hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating Especially the hallway carpet"
