"We paid the difference at the front desk because they had mistakenly booked the wrong room, and we were upgraded to two 1.5m rooms. The room was quite large, and while the facilities weren't as new as those for a newly opened hotel, I personally thought they were acceptable. There are about two or three street parking spaces in front of the hotel, but the front desk told us that most of the marked parking spaces are free… There's a restaurant street next to the hotel; there's also a morning market in front of the hotel; and there's a supermarket downstairs next door with Korean and North Korean snacks, meat, ice cream, etc., at reasonable prices. The hotel is about a 5 RMB taxi ride from the highway border crossing scenic area."

"We enjoyed our stay in this room. It even has a bathroom attached. We really liked the cleanliness and that this is a hotel in a quiet area. The owner is kind, but we needed to help him to register ourselves in the computer with our zero Chinese, which was super hard. It was an interesting experience! The area has restaurants and tea shops in a walking distance. I recommend eating in a Korean restaurant nearby, the one that has qr codes on tables."

"We were out and about, and after dinner it was dark. Since we didn't want to travel at night, we found a place to rest. The experience was surprisingly good. Tumen is great, and the people are so welcoming! ❤️🔥 Service: The staff were very friendly and found us a warmer room. Environment: Clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. It's close to Tumen Station, but not too noisy. Amenities: Air conditioning, water heater, TV, desk, and chairs are all available."
