"This was a lovely hotel. The room was great and the balcony fantastic overlooking the sea. Parking our car was also very easy although I don’t know if this is still so in the busy summer months. The only problem we had was poor service in the restaurant but this does not stop me from recommending this hotel."

Mycket vänligt och stolt och tar stor stolthet över att hålla platsen i bra skick och också leverera fantastiska frukost.Hon gav oss också några bra rekommendationer runt om i området. Om vi kommer tillbaka till Vasto, som jag misstänker att vi kommer att stanna i Palazzo Florio igen."

"stayed for 15 days from 23/06 to 07/07/24 hotel externally beautiful and majestic but you are greatly disappointed when you enter the assigned room, not so much for the age of the furnishings, but for the poor if not absent hygiene of the same, enough to think that I was forced, being my wife allergic to dust, to pass a pseudo towel (ultra worn, with holes and often with yellow stains of dubious origin) by myself. Linen which, according to their information, had to be changed 2/3 times a week and in reality, only after my request were they replaced after 4 days, reminding them that a sheet, although showing a notable mess from the first day, had not been replaced. Other friends found themselves forced to disinfect the environment themselves with products purchased from the local pharmacy because they woke up with obvious bubbles on their body caused, according to the pharmacist, by mites and/or anything else. Shower sheet and towels often only present for one person and more often than not extremely worn with the presence of holes which forced me to have to go down to the hall again to request them because the room telephone was not working. The food starts with a very poor breakfast and moves on to lunch and dinner with dishes lacking in flavor most of the time and often not corresponding to the menu of the day chosen. Dishes of side dishes already ready and clearly displayed on the buffet without the slightest consideration for hygiene itself (hair on the plates was found twice) Mixed fruit served that was inedible, not ripe and often old from the fridge while when watermelon was served it was an ultra-thin segment weighing 10/20 grams. Drinking consisted of water served in glass containers while for sparkling water there was a fee, loose wine, against all rules, instead of being served in jugs, was placed on the table in bottles of other brands and qualities. As regards table service, this was guaranteed by staff who were not at all professional and two of these in particular, in addition to the lack of professionalism, we must add the lack of education. Everything described above can be documented with photos."

"Vi är så upphetsade att ha hittat den här platsen.Vi ville någonstans som hade sin egen strand och pool och de viktigaste kriterierna var att hundar tillåts.Denna plats uppfyllde våra krav. The beauty of this place is that there are not only rooms in the main hotel building but there are also quite a few ‘dependence’ houses providing hotel room style accommodation surrounded by greenery, perfect for guests with children or dogs. Varje bilaga hus mellan två till fyra rum, var och en med separata ingångar.Våra hade en liten trädgård framför med bord och stolar att sitta och njuta av grönsaken.Frukostrummet tillhandahöll en stor mängd mat och dryck för att behaga alla palatset. Menyn för lunch och middag ändras varje dag och du kan antingen beställa den som en takeaway och äta den vid stranden eller poolen. Annars kan du äta den i middagsrummet i ett underbart läge med buffébord dekorerade med salater och sidorätter för att åtfölja din beställda måltid.Personalen är absolut fantastisk och så vänlig. Animatorerna erbjuder roliga aktiviteter hela dagen och på kvällarna, vid poolen, de ger underhållning där människor kan gå med, skapa en känsla av samhälle och göra det möjligt för gästerna att blanda sig. Vi varmade upp till atmosfären ganska snabbt och när det var dags att lämna, var vi ganska ovilliga att gå.Vi hoppades att boka om, men hotellet är fullt till september.Bra för dem, men dåligt tur för oss.Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka nästa år.Bra plats!"

"The rooms were good and comfortable and there is enough parkins space available. The AC was very effective. I just wish the insulation was a bit better as you can easily hear the people in adjacent rooms."
